Lovely restaurant with amazing service and decor. Food is 3.5/5 since I have only tried oatmeal and a small wrap

Poor service, waitress did not know if they served beer or not (they don’t). Soup and main course came out together after requesting they be served as two courses (which waitress confirmed). This is completely on bad management and not the poorly-supported employees. Then charged for a bottle of wine after getting one glass; was a major event to correct. And, they do not take credit cards because they’ve only been open two months (despite having reviews here that are six months old).
The space is absolutely gorgeous, the food tasted amazing. The chefs have made my first experience of Russian food worthwhile. Our group shared plates and everything was beautifully prepared. Our experience was made super special Sunny the waitress. Her name is especially fitting, and her recommendations proved how much pride she takes in her work. I will definitely be returning to Ikra✨.
The food is really delicious, food come really fast. The service here is very nice and friendly, specially Sunny the waitress took care of us very good, she was very attentive

We were pleasantly surprised! A wonderful place, amazing service😍😍 It's very nice that the waiters speak Russian! Beautiful ambiance and divine cutlets with mashed potatoes!!! I haven't eaten anything tastier in Asia yet😂
God bless this restaurant, the little sandwich with butter and caviar went down like a native 👍👍👍 and the borscht is the most wonderful, and the oatmeal porridge stirred up all my taste buds!!🤭
We were at the new restaurant for the first time, we really liked everything. Beautiful interior and presentation of dishes. We had borscht and mashed potatoes with a cutlet, very tasty. But the waiters really seem to be sleeping on the go.
Very tasty!! Everything is beautiful, I don't understand where the bad reviews come from. Even about the service, believe me, in Vietnam it's hard to find perfect service like in Moscow, but it was also good. If you've been wanting to eat delicious Russian cuisine for a long time, don't look at the rating, I missed out on tasty food for three months 🫶🏼😊

Guys, the service is just "awful" Yesterday, out of 6 items, the waitress forgot 3!!! We came today, again the same waitress, I checked everything with her Instead of ham and cheese pancakes, she brought 3 meat pancakes, come on, are you kidding me? We have been living and working with Vietnamese for 3 years. We understand everything perfectly, but your staff is a complete failure, they ruin the impression of your establishment We have never met worse staff, honestly!!
In the heart of My An, on a small connecting street there is a very nice, modern restaurant and at the same time with great traditional values when it comes to their food.. definitely you should try and enjoy it as much as I did.. it's like a trip to Europe without paying the airfare or dealing with customs. Thank you for the amazing food and looking forward to visit you many, many more times 🫶🙏
Great little restaurant, pleasant communication in the native language, tasty dishes, reasonable prices, borscht is beyond all praise 👍, my granddaughter ate mashed potatoes with a chicken cutlet, they took into account all preferences, the potato pancake is delicious too, I recommend it, we also asked to pack syrniki and a casserole with minced meat to go, in general, prosperity to you and more customers, I recommend it to everyone!
⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Были в ресторане Ikra и в целом остались довольны посещением. Начну с плюсов. Очень понравился интерьер и общая концепция заведения. Отдельно хочется отметить красивую посуду, картины русских художников, спокойную музыку необычное меню в виде ковра — выглядит атмосферно и отлично поддерживает идею русской кухни. Еда была вкусной, порции хорошие, а цены приятно удивили. На троих мы потратили около 540 000 донгов за три блюда и напитки, что для такого уровня заведения кажется более чем справедливой ценой. Теперь о том, почему ставлю 4 звезды, а не 5. Главная проблема ресторана — персонал. Создалось впечатление, что всё заведение держится буквально на одном человеке — администраторе Евгении. За время нашего визита она одновременно выполняла функции администратора, официанта, кассира и хостес. Именно Евгения помогала разобраться с меню, исправляла ошибки по наличию блюд, решала возникающие вопросы и фактически обеспечивала нормальную работу зала. К сожалению, остальные сотрудники выглядели неподготовленными и не слишком заинтересованными в работе. Заказ принимался медленно, возникала путаница с позициями меню, а когда мне принесли несвежий чеснок к борщу, проблему решила снова Евгения, а не официант, обслуживавший стол. Отдельный момент — организация посадки гостей. В ресторане очень мало столов для компаний больше двух человек. При этом один из больших столов на четверых был занят одним человеком, хотя вокруг было достаточно свободных маленьких столов. В результате нам втроём пришлось разместиться за столиком на двоих. Мы были не единственными — заметили ещё одну компанию из трёх человек в такой же ситуации. Этот вопрос легко решается работой хостес или хотя бы грамотной рассадкой гостей. Также хотелось бы обратить внимание на уборную. Там присутствует неприятный запах, который пытаются замаскировать дешёвым ароматизатором. Для ресторана с таким красивым интерьером и хорошей кухней это выглядит странно и выбивается из общего уровня заведения. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить Евгению. Если бы не её профессионализм, внимательность и готовность решать проблемы гостей, моя оценка была бы значительно ниже. Именно благодаря её работе я ставлю 4 звезды вместо 3. И, пожалуй, самое важное для руководства: таким сотрудникам нужна поддержка. Невозможно бесконечно держать на одном человеке работу всего ресторана. Евгения явно старается и делает гораздо больше, чем входит в её обязанности, но без сильной команды рядом даже самый ответственный сотрудник рано или поздно выгорит. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы руководство обратило на это внимание и усилило команду достойными сотрудниками, потому что сам ресторан действительно заслуживает высокой оценки.
Divine borscht and a cutlet with mashed potatoes.
On the second try, we finally managed to find an excellent restaurant with home-style Russian cuisine in Da Nang — and it was a real discovery! Everything is incredibly tasty: pancakes and borscht are just like home. The service is very warm and pleasant, with genuine attention to guests. The only downside is that it can be hard to find a free table in the evenings, but the good news is that another branch will be opening very soon.
Everything is fresh and tasty, we ordered borscht and syrniki and were very satisfied😄 The menu is convenient, and I also liked its design (the carpet is top!). The interior is modern, and the presentation of the dishes is also modern. We'll come back again and hope that the new location will have more space 😁 Good luck P. S. I think it's better to book in advance if you come in the evening. We couldn't get a seat without a reservation yesterday, so we booked for today
