Although the food was served a little slowly, it was delicious and the service was excellent.
The soundproofing of the cold room is not good yet!
I came from Hue by heritage train to Da Nang, then flew back to Saigon, so around noon I stopped here for lunch. I heard this place is frequented by locals, not just tourists. Upon getting off, I met a super friendly security guard, and inside, the young staff were also very nice, always attentive to assist promptly. We were two people, with small appetites, so we only ordered two dishes: 0.5kg of tiger prawns (about 6-7 per 0.5kg), simply grilled with salt and chili, super delicious—the prawns were firm, fresh, grilled just right so the moisture was retained, not dry, sweet, and the salt-chili sauce was tasty but very spicy. I'm from the South, so I'm not used to the spiciness of Central Vietnam. For crabs, we had 2 crabs weighing 0.5kg; it happened to be a day when crabs were small, but the meat was still firm and fresh, and we picked them ourselves from the tank. Plus an order of French fries, quite a lot; the fries stayed crispy even after an hour, not soggy, though naturally not as good as freshly fried, but okay. Total bill for 3 dishes plus 2 Cokes was 1,160k VND. The restaurant is spacious, service is good, so for me, the price is reasonable.
The restaurant operates poorly: orders take a long time to arrive, they stall for time. The fish was made into 2 dishes: sauce and soup, but only the sauce dish came out, while the soup made us wait for hours. The price is not cheap at all: 1 adult and 2 children ate over 900k. Bad service, poor atmosphere due to no air conditioning.
The restaurant has no air conditioning, it's hot, service is slow, hesitant. Overall quality is poor. Ordered a fish made into 2 dishes.
It's very delicious
Fresh seafood and large size, satisfying to eat. VIP room with luxurious view
The food suits everyone's taste, the eatery is clean, the food is very delicious, fresh.
The food is a bit expensive but prepared deliciously.
My Hanh restaurant colludes with the parking lot to scam customers. Customers coming to drink are told to park in the restaurant's lot for free, but when they pick up their car, they are charged 70k.
Delicious food, the freshest seafood especially the garlic butter sauce conch, just looking at the sauce shows quality. Reasonable price for the quality, no need to mention. Spacious and airy, with parking space. Attentive staff despite the crowd. Will come back many times.
Delicious, fresh food. I really like the garlic butter bread, which has a very unique taste, and the restaurant's Signature one-sun-dried squid. The space is so airy.
Food is expensive, little seafood, items not fresh, seafood weighed from the tank but the dish served is not what was selected, poor service
Expensive, little seafood, service is boring. Expensive but seafood is not fresh, not fresh seafood scooped from the tank. Every dish is fishy and bland. Super disappointed.
Delicious food, good service
Delicious food, enthusiastic staff, fresh and tasty with reasonable prices
Poor service attitude, visited the restaurant once, probably won't come a second time.
The cold food was terrible. It was cooked very fishy. I ordered food from the tank and asked if there was squid and oysters; the staff who took the order said yes. I asked if it was frozen, and they said no, it's fresh. I said if it's fresh, why isn't it displayed here? They replied that it's kept in the kitchen. Later, another staff member brought out a tray of frozen squid to show me what kind of squid it was???? Very confusing. I've been to Da Nang no less than 20 times, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Both expensive and terrible. I feel that the food taken from the tank and the food served are not the same. It's like frozen food. The waitstaff were enthusiastic. The food quality was just poor.
Very satisfied with the food and the service
Delicious food, good quality, fast service. Staff are cheerful, polite, and very enthusiastic. Very satisfying experience, will support the eatery long-term.
The restaurant has good service, the food here is delicious
The service staff is very okay
With a high average price but receiving slow, disrespectful service towards the food, it's not even delicious enough to be called cuisine, so you should consider adjusting to become a budget eatery and adjust the prices, otherwise just close down because doing business like this is hard to survive for long. Are your staff members thirsty or something? After ordering, they missed the order twice more and still didn't bring it out, why? I'm not saying they don't have ears because they still nodded vigorously when listening, but they didn't do it, did they finish it and drink the customers'? Everyone should consider with that price point.
The eatery is slow, sluggish, inaccurate, with a high average price—consider it, and the food isn't very tasty either.
