On the day I arrived, as I got off the Grab, my baby carrier got caught and I fell while holding the baby, scraping myself in several places. Seeing that, they disinfected me, applied gauze, and comforted me, so it was a hotel with a good first impression. However, unlike the friendly staff, the room I stayed in had a smell like urine coming from the refrigerator area in the living room. The bathtub also had mold... It's a place with good reviews, but was I unlucky in the draw? While eating breakfast, the female staff member who had disinfected me recognized me and asked if my injuries were okay, and if there were any inconveniences. I cautiously mentioned the smell near the refrigerator, and she apologized for the inconvenience and said she would take action. After asking for room cleaning and going out, when I returned, they had changed the refrigerator to a different one. Amazing!!! Also, on the day of checkout, I suddenly caught gastroenteritis and had to rush to a family hospital in the morning, then hurriedly pack my luggage, which was tough... They even provided a free shuttle to send me to the next hotel. T.T Of course, there are shortcomings like the sound of other room doors closing, hallway noise, bathroom mold, dust in vents, etc., but that kind female staff member offsets all of that. At the last send-off, the image of her coming down to the bottom of the stairs and waving her hand remains in my memory~ Since I was sick and in bad condition, I couldn't express my gratitude more, and I feel sorry!! This place has genius staff!! See you again next time!!

The hotel is located right in the city center, so it is convenient for travel. Although parking is difficult, the service quality is very good, from the security guards, receptionists, to the room staff, who are cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days. The hotel is a bit old but clean, the staff are friendly and lovely, everyone smiles and supports guests to the fullest. Since my family has many people, we were upgraded to a free room, and the welcome drinks were delicious. The downside is that there is no parking space; my family is traveling across Vietnam, so we had to park quite far away. The hotel corridor is too dark, making it a bit gloomy to go out. The pool is beautiful but a bit deep, suitable for kids aged 10 and up. The gym is small with a few sports equipment but it's okay. Overall, I have a good impression of this hotel, but if I continue traveling by car, I won't book here. If not going by car, it's a bit far from the beach, near the Dragon Bridge, you can borrow a bike to ride around and chill, which is fine.

The security guard parking cars was the same, seeing me get my car, he would guide me out - Room had a beautiful view, directly overlooking Dragon Bridge. I went on the weekend, at 9 PM I could see the dragon breathing fire from the door Disappointing points: - Room was a bit old, probably because it was built a long time ago - The showerhead in my room leaked water when showering Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the staff here. I came here with a group of friends (4 adults, 3 children). The hotel is in the center, so it's convenient to get around. The staff here are very friendly; upon arrival, I was offered water while waiting. The room is clean and well-equipped. The buffet is cozy with a variety of dishes.

Da Nang is full of lovely things. The staff are all very cheerful and enthusiastic. When it rained, the security guard brought umbrellas and provided raincoats for guests. Although the buffet has few dishes, the seasoning is just right, and they fried eggs and brought them to the table. After eating, they even asked if it was to our taste. The room price compared to the quality is more than okay. I checked in at 11:30 PM, and the receptionist and security guard were still cheerful and enthusiastic, carrying luggage up to the room. Another extremely surprising thing that I haven't seen in any hotel I've been to is that even though it was late, the air conditioner was already turned on in the room, and it smelled wonderfully welcoming. All staff from the Manager, Receptionist, Security, Maintenance workers... are very polite, courteous, and cheerful. It is a very worthwhile place to stay when visiting Da Nang. The hotel is located in the central area, quite convenient for travel and dining, the staff are very friendly, however the rooms are old, the layout is not reasonable (e.g., the family room is quite spacious, but the layout is not reasonable, the living room space is excessive, the bedroom and toilet are small, especially the toilet is enclosed with glass walls so it is quite inconvenient, the equipment is old, the TV is small, hung without aesthetics, the glass door is not sealed, so it is noisy), the breakfast is quite poor, the food is unappealing.
