Wonderful experience~~~~@@
Need to review the security guard on that morning shift. Around 12:00 on June 26, I went in to drink water without knowing where the security guard came from and bumped into me without apologizing. The guard's hand hit my head hard. I stared at the guard for a long time, but he didn't apologize at all!!! He just stood right there without any apology!!!!!!!!
Today I was treated with attitude by an employee. I feel very disappointed.
The shop is mainly for people to work, so it's quite quiet, near Ha Khe beach, you can walk to the beach, the space is ordinary.
I like the space at the restaurant, the sea view is quite chill
I have visited this restaurant many times and found the quality to be okay, and the staff always care about customers when needed even though the restaurant is crowded. I will definitely recommend my friends to come here and experience it.

I had a very good experience at the shop. The space is clean and airy, suitable for studying, working, or meeting friends. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and serve quickly even when the shop is quite busy. The drinks are consistently made, delicious in flavor, and beautifully presented. I especially like the coffee and tea here because they always maintain quality through many visits.

The water is okay, but the male staff member acts like it's his last month on the job. The first time I went was fine. This time, the staff's attitude is like a funeral, and the water has jelly but no spoon? It seems easy to run an F&B business—just a nice view is enough. Today I went to a nearby branch, and the staff there were much friendlier. This is the worst branch of Highlands!!!!!!
Terrible, ordered 2 drinks and waited 40 minutes without getting them. When I asked, they said it's because they ran out of lids 😳 How can a brand like HL run out of lids?
This morning I ordered 2 almond coffees to go. I asked a male staff member at the counter around 8am to pack them for takeaway. He put them in a handle bag, but if I put that bag on my bike, it would easily tip over, so I asked for a paper bag. The male staff member acted as if he were mute, not a single word like 'YES SIR, I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU' or 'YES MA'AM, I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU' — he just handed it over without saying anything. The store manager should review and evaluate this male staff member's customer service. I drink here regularly. I'll come back tomorrow to see if he's still like that. Don't let one mute person affect the whole shop. Next time, tell him to open his mouth and speak.
The staff has a somewhat disdainful attitude, the water is okay, the space is not very clean, especially the restroom.

The staff had a bad attitude. Even though the customer said they didn't need it, they still added dishes and then rudely told the customer to pay.
Staff attitude, also added toppings without consulting, did not advise correctly on drinks, very annoying
Normal place, the downsides are that it seems a bit slow and the dessert size is very small. The pros: they remade the coffee for free because they made it cold instead of hot.
