Spicy noodles took quite a while, the broth was quite salty for me. Other dishes came faster, the milk tea without jelly was overly sweet and not tasty.

Two days ago, a friend invited me to eat spicy noodles at Seoul. But what we got was not a delicious bowl of noodles or tasty tteokbokki, but a delay in serving the dishes even though the restaurant was quite empty at that time. We arrived around 11 AM, and aside from the 5-10 minutes to order, we had to wait an additional hour for the food to be served? We received no feedback from the staff or the shift manager until I got angry and had to ask the manager: 'Can you make the dishes so we know whether to stay or leave?' After that, only 3 dishes were brought out even though we ordered 7. And we had to remind them 2 or 3 times before the manager went into the kitchen and hastily cooked for about 5 minutes, then brought out a bowl of assorted tteokbokki that was cold, with tteok as hard as fossils and fish cakes that smelled fishy??? And a bowl of bibimbap that seemed like it was taken from the fridge and hastily microwaved??? And not a single explanation or apology??? Is this really a famous large restaurant when they serve customers with such an attitude? In summary, a rushed meal because we were almost late for class, costing over 300k. What we got: - 1 bowl of cold tteokbokki, hard as fossils, fishy fish cakes, and soup as sweet as a 5k cup of sweet soup from the shop across the street - 1 hastily made bowl of bibimbap - 1 bowl of level 1 spicy noodles that was bad and sweet, as if it had never been spicy - Dumplings that were just okay - And finally, dissatisfaction from waiting too long, almost late for class, and hastily eating a bunch of dishes worse than military school meals just to make it to class on time Restaurant address: Seoul 73 Ngo Van So Total bill: a bit over 300k P/s: At that time, there were 2 or 3 delivery drivers, okay, maybe they prioritize delivery orders, but that doesn't mean our table and 1 or 2 other tables next to us should wait an hour, right???

Just bought takeout and opened it :) truly shocked, where's the chicken noodles? where's the Pepsi? is this okay? service 10/10 huh? never coming here again

I arrived at noon 12 PM, the restaurant was very crowded, about 80-90% of seats occupied. The ordering staff was quick, but it seems the restaurant has been renovated or something. The staff moved around openly. The staff opening and closing the door were cheerful, the bartender was cheerful. Only the parking attendant was nowhere to be seen. They should replace the door-opening staff with a parking attendant instead. The restaurant was crowded but the kitchen was fast. I ate the spicy and sour chicken thigh, delicious, the chicken was tender. For an average person, one portion like this with a bottle of water is enough. If you want to eat more, order more. I hate two things: no parking attendant and dry paper napkins.

Spicy noodles are delicious, the eatery is spacious, clean, staff are quick and enthusiastic. The eatery is very crowded so it's a bit noisy and the dishes take a bit long to come out.

Famous eatery. I've been many times because I like spicy noodles and Korean bibimbap. It's quite crowded in the late afternoon/evening (several times I went, there were no tables and I had to wait). I like the sour and spicy flavor. Staff is okay. The downside is that there are no dry napkins available on the table; you have to call the staff, which is annoying.

I have experienced 3 times for lunch and dinner. (also had to come and leave several times because there were too many customers, so I was afraid of waiting long🤧🤧) The eatery is crowded but the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The dishes are served without having to wait long, the food is delicious (9.5 points for the food, 10 points for the service)☺️☺️

The restaurant looks okay, but there are no napkins to use, and we have to put leftover food on the table.

The spicy noodles here are delicious, served quickly, and the staff are enthusiastic and lovely. I went in the evening, and it was a bit crowded, but the staff took orders quite fast, and they took good care of the customers. In the evening, there was a staff member with braces who opened the door and was very enthusiastic; since it was crowded and we had to wait for a table, they guided us attentively. The eatery is very welcoming, and I will return to eat here regularly.

The restaurant has a luxurious and classy space. The food is delicious, the service is good, and the prices are very affordable. Will support for a long time.

Very delicious, clean, enthusiastic staff. The mixed rice and tteokbokki here are 10/10 delicious.

Spacious, airy, and clean environment. The food is of good quality, hygienic, and very delicious. Special mention to a female staff member named Trinh who served enthusiastically, attentively, and spoke adorably. Very satisfied with the eatery, from the dishes to the service.

When I entered the restaurant, the manager in a white shirt didn't ask anything, just dropped the menu on the table, then turned around and walked away calmly, leaving me sitting there confused. I know the restaurant has orders, but you are unprofessional for your position. If you opened your mouth to ask, 'Have you chosen your dishes? I'll wait for you to order,' would you die? I'm not generalizing all staff, because there are many lovely ones, but don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch.

Everything is ok except the restaurant doesn't have dry paper. Most Vietnamese people go out to eat and use dry paper, but when I asked the staff, they didn't have any.

The service was terrible. I came to the restaurant alone, and you didn't take my order. You saw me sitting there without asking, waited for me to order, and then I was alone. You made me wait for my food while I arrived before others who came later and got their food completely. As a customer, I cannot accept that with so many staff, a solo customer like me had to wait. I had to serve myself like that.

The black bean noodles here are super awesome. The staff is enthusiastic. Overall, the restaurant is upscale and fancy.

Terrible experience, the food is average, nothing special. Been there for over an hour, only got 2 dishes, the rest we asked the staff and they just sat there looking 😂 we asked twice, not just once. Best if you can't do service, just close the shop.

The food is very bad, the spicy noodles have very sweet broth, probably adding a lot of seasoning powder or broth granules. Spicy noodles but the first time eating there, there were no paper napkins, had to use wet wipes. And the wet wipes themselves require packaging => not environmentally friendly. No filtered water either, not like Sashin or other eateries I've been to.

I have never seen any eatery like this before. Customers pay money to eat, don't order drinks, only drink filtered water, but the eatery says customers have to get the water themselves. There are no tissues for a long time, and customers have to pay for cold towels themselves. Too bad.

Spicy noodles are delicious, the shop space is airy and clean, the female staff are cute and friendly.

The toilet is clogged and not fixed, then just close the damn shop, can you still do business or not? The service is terribly disappointing.
