Only two menus: big river snails? small river snails. I usually can't eat big ones at all, but I ate them all. I highly recommend the small river snails! Even my Saigon local friend said it's a taste they've never tried before. The sauce seasoning and aroma aren't strong, and it's fresh and mildly delicious.
I went to a place with a local~ Even though I went at 5 PM, there were so many people that there were no seats. Two small ones, one large one, and three drinks came out to 9,000 won. The sauce for the small whelks is absolutely amazing, so delicious~ You must order the puffed rice snack to dip in it. I think I'll come back once more during my trip. However, since there are many orders, items you ordered might be missed, so you need to check~^^
I don't really like eating snails, but this place makes them delicious, the broth is clear and sweet, with a sour and spicy taste, eating it with rice paper is amazing.
The snails here probably suit the general taste of most people in terms of seasoning preparation. I am a person from the mountainous region who has been catching crabs and snails to eat from childhood to adulthood, so I prefer a more rustic flavor, while the snails here have a delicious taste leaning more towards the seasoning preparation.
The snails are very delicious, rich in flavor, and dipping them with crispy rice crackers is quite unique. The boiled apple snails are also tasty, clean, and plump! If I have a chance to go to Da Nang, I will visit again to eat!
