A bowl starts from 30k. The broth is rich and savory, not light. I'm from Hue but prefer a slightly lighter flavor. The braised pork leg is cooked just right, not the soft braised type. The rare beef is not good. It suits some people's tastes but not others. The restaurant is on a main street front, spacious. Has parking for cars.

Everything is fine except for the attitude of the female staff: snobbish, poor, unpleasant demeanor. I asked for some vegetables but they ignored me and didn't bring any. They kept walking back and forth, glancing at me, which was annoying. The dishes took a long time.

This is a great restaurant where you can properly enjoy local Vietnamese cuisine. I ate the special 50,000-dong something noodles recommended by the staff, and it was really delicious. If you happen to visit nearby, I highly recommend it.

I bought a bowl of bún bò Huế last time and found it delicious, with generous portions. Today I came and also ordered bún bò Huế, but I don't know why the broth was bland, the rare beef was tough and chewy, not the soft brisket like before. My husband ordered a bowl listed on the menu for 30k but was charged 40k, saying the price increased by 10k today without informing customers in advance. It's not about the money, but I don't like this kind of thing 🥲 I was excited to come to the restaurant but ended up so disappointed 😭

This place cheats tourists. Also, hair was found in the greens and soup.

Delicious vermicelli, very customer-friendly. I had a bowl of oxtail vermicelli and chose a piece of meat that I was very satisfied with. The bowl costs 45k but is very worth it.

I don't know why I ordered bún bò from O Mậu, while the person cooking is actually O's daughter 😂😂 The name 'bún bò gốc Huế' made me think it would be authentic Huế flavor, but the broth was salty even without adding fish sauce, and the beef was sliced thinner than at places selling hủ tiếu. The broth seasoning didn't have any distinct flavor besides oil and fried shallots. In short, it's not authentic Huế at all.

The bowl of beef noodle soup is very big, lots of meat, fresh vegetables. But to say it's rich in Hue flavor, it's not yet because it's missing shrimp paste, the eatery should include shrimp paste so that diners can add according to their preference!
