If I could give 0 stars I would, place is so shit and bad with an overpriced menu. I talked to the boss and asked whether I could work here, and he said yes definitely, when I ordered my 2 cups of orange juice and blueberry yogurt, they turned up the music in this building. I couldn’t work so I just wasted money on overpriced drinks and book a ride to my apartment . 70k orange juice and 80k on the blueberry.
Guys now you can go upstairs and sit. There is a lot of very white shining South Koreans here. And the best Coconut Coffee %100
It started raining heavy, my wife and I stopped under the umbrella in the patio for a few minutes so not to get soaked, there was no one sitting outside or inside for that matter. The owner and his wife came out and yelled at us to move away from their patio, we got up and left immediately. Very rude and unkind people, there was literally no one at their shop either inside or outside at the time so we weren’t bothering anyone but they made it a point to go out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. Don’t worry, we will never be back at you place.
Wir finden es hier viel besser als nebenan bei Highlands, da es hier ruhig ist und nicht so laut wie in einer Disco. Der Lärm bei Highlands ist unerträglich.
Not sure what others are talking about .. I had a HOT latte here and sat upstairs on the comfortable couches.. the staff were nice and friends .. only thing I can recommend they do is add some snacks to the menu
I don’t like giving places a low rating but unfortunately this place earned a low star due to the misleading name and branding of the coffee shop. Here is my feedback: 1. They do not serve “hot” lattes or matcha. I could only get it iced. Also rather than putting sugar on the side they put a lot of sugar in the drink. Which I find isn’t common, (usually they ask or let you know if the latte has sugar in it) 2. You are not allowed to go upstairs to the “lounge” because it’s owned by a different company? So the name and outside branding of this place is very misleading. We did not find out we had to stay downstairs where they only have bar stool chairs until we purchased our drinks. 3. The staff understandably has to deal with turning customers down when they try to go upstairs but the delivery on how they communicated it was not very friendly. I do feel bad for the staff as they probably have to deal with this a lot. I hope they can improve these things because I do think this place has potential! But.. it’s most certainly a tourist trap.
Very nice cool place to get a drink and chill
Delicious!!!
We have tasted many coffees around the area, but finely we always comme back here cause it’s our favorite😊☕️
Nice staff and very clean and fresh place where the coconut coffee is the best around!
Great coffee!
I walked in, going upstairs, which was completely empty (and upstairs is the only reason you would go to this shop cos of the view, etc), and got told, "Sorry, only for tour companies upstairs. You can stay on the stools down here" (basically few unconfortable stools next to the working area). My reply "no thanks, bye". The stuff was polite, But if the management want to work Only wirh tour comanpies, freakin WRITE IT DOWN ON HERE TOO, so people that live in da nang and the normal tourist won't waste his time coming to your shop. Over and out.
Not allowed to upstairs seating but could only sit outside or at high counter seats. We did not feel welcome at all and poor options available on drinks. We left in the end because of how we were treated and didn’t get to sample food or drink. Our custom wasn’t wanted, that was how we were made to feel.
Should’ve read the reviews. Apparently you can’t go upstairs where it’s nice with big comfy looking sofas unless you’re part of a Korean tour, even if it’s empty upstairs. All of us outsiders are relegated to hard benches downstairs next to the loud coffee makers. So I left. Many better inclusive options in Da Nang.
Location was great, nice interior and very cool inside with air conditioning. Very disappointed in service and how unwelcoming the staff were, could have been more welcoming. My friend and I wanted to have our drinks inside however felt comfortable so left and went back to hotel. Shame considering I was taking international visitors around.
The top floor, which looks more comfortable, is only accessed by tour bus visitors. It seems like the owner did some handshake deals to guarantee money. The downstairs seating is super uncomfortable, and as a big, tall guy, I could only sit for 10-15 minutes. I usually spend 300-400,000 VND daily in a coffee shop, finding a nice workplace; I think the owner needs to make the place more accessible to general tourists, locals, and the public. There is also a luxury bag shop, which is super strange to have, but you get the feeling that this business is all show and no go. You can see that the owner's idea of what 'good' looks like needs to be adapted to something more authentic and grounded in reality. I recommend a coffee shop called Bonjour across the road, It has better seating, friendly staff, and a family feel, has internet, lovely views of the beach, and is cheaper.
Basically a private coffee shop for " Members" , if you come in off the street there are only the outside tables . Inside has upstairs seating with ocean view and A/C for "Members". This is not for locals. Expensive. Don't bother with stopping here. The drink tasted like water.
