The food is very delicious, the space is airy, the server named Khanh is attentive, frequently changing the grill grate, constantly taking care of the panchan, very okay 👍 Will come back!
The food is really meager, truly not worth the price, and the service is terrible.
After eating, when I stepped out, the foul smell was unbearable. I hope the restaurant can deal with this stench so that customers can still come here to eat.
The parking area is too smelly and dirty, after eating I step out and feel like vomiting, needs urgent handling
The surroundings of the restaurant are too dirty.
The food here is delicious, suits my taste, but I'm not satisfied with the service. The day I went to eat was December 23rd, because my friend thought the cheese was butter and accidentally put it into the grill tray, when it got burnt, the waitress replaced the tray with a cold face :)) she didn't give any instructions or say anything, just silently did it (with an annoyed face). Not only because of this reason I'm dissatisfied, but the whole meal, the waitress serving our table had a strange attitude. It's not because I'm picky, but first of all, the nature of the job is service, so one must always be cheerful and friendly to customers, because people say attitude matters more than skill. That day was my birthday, going out to eat affected my mood greatly. I will not return to this Nguyen Tri Phuong branch ever again!!!!
The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the staff member Hoa who is very enthusiastic, attentive, and quick in service.
Friendly staff, quick to serve dishes
First time eating at Gogi at Nguyen Tri Phuong address, I am very satisfied with the service and food here. The staff are enthusiastic consultants, always observing and changing the grill grate for our table. The manager is lovely and helped our table grill food 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Will visit and support Gogi Nguyen Tri Phuong.
Friendly and cheerful staff even though I came to eat a bit late, the food is delicious
On the afternoon of October 10, my family and I went to eat at the Nguyen Tri Phuong Da Nang location at around 2:30 PM. When we entered, I saw a female employee wearing a dress standing at the counter (maybe a manager?). I went in and said I wanted to use the grill. At that time, her attitude seemed a bit annoyed, but I didn't pay much attention. When we sat down at the table, she said she would bring a tablet for us to order, but she disappeared for a while (note: her attitude was very sluggish, not welcoming). Since there were elderly people who had never eaten there before and wanted to ask if she could bring water out first, another female employee with short hair, also wearing a dress, came over with the same sluggish attitude. She said to us, 'Have you ordered yet? Please order first, then I'll bring the water,' in a very annoyed tone with a frown! I have eaten at Gogi many times and have never felt so frustrated, but because there were elderly people, I didn't make a big deal at the time. Normally, when eating, the staff take care of changing the grill frequently, but yesterday I had to ask them to change it. Throughout the meal, there were no other customers besides my family. In over an hour of eating, they only changed the grill once when I asked. I also work in F&B, so I truly feel that this service was not worth the money. I hope the system will retrain the staff and improve their attitudes. Thank you!
Fast service, cheerful and friendly staff. The food is delicious, very worth trying.
I was quite hesitant to give this review. However, my family has eaten at GoGi many times, but this particular GoGi location really lacks enough serving staff. The food came out slowly; when I asked for more kimchi, it still hadn't arrived by the time we finished eating. After we finished, at other places they usually remove the charcoal to prevent the grill from turning black and producing smoke, but here there was no one to do that. On Saturday, when we went to eat, there were only about 5-6 tables, but only two staff members, and it felt like they couldn't keep up. By the time my wife and I finished and left, the tables ahead of us were still a mess and hadn't been cleared. I think this GoGi location needs to change. I've been here a few times before and it was very okay, but this time, I probably won't come back.
Delicious food, suitable for our family's taste
The space is a bit cramped, with many spots that are a bit obstructive to move around. The second floor is quite spacious, but it seems they rarely lead customers up there, instead concentrating everyone on the first floor.
I've eaten here many times and always feel comfortable, the staff are lovely. There are many buffet price levels to choose from and there are often promotions.
The first time I ate here, the meat was marinated quite deliciously, the restaurant space was clean, and the staff took care very OK. However, I didn't find the sauce very tasty; it had a quite strong smell of something a bit unpleasant.
The meat here is very sweet, especially the boneless beef rib meat. The octopus mixed rice is very ok. Will visit regularly.
First experience here. The food is delicious, the service is enthusiastic, the management is friendly, will have the opportunity to return here.
Delicious food, fast serving, cheerful service, 10₫ but no.🫶
The manager is cute, went around noon so it was quiet, so the food came out relatively quickly, the staff enthusiastically answered and advised.
Delicious food, attentive and thoughtful service
Delicious food, enthusiastic and cheerful staff ❤️ 10/10 no complaints haha
🔥 1-star review – Sent to Gogi House Really disappointed! Yesterday I went to eat and ordered 2 plates of pork belly. One plate was normal, but the other plate was brought out with the meat rolled up, which already looked off. I was grilling the meat myself – just enjoying the meal – when a staff member came over, scooped up all the meat I was grilling, and dumped the entire plate of rolled meat onto the grill, causing the meat to cook unevenly, stick together, look unappetizing, and become very difficult to grill. Then they took the plate away without asking if I needed more or was done. It felt like: "Eat quickly and get out!" – completely disrespecting the customer experience. Gogi has always been my go-to place whenever I crave grilled food, but this experience made me reconsider. I hope the restaurant retrains its staff on service etiquette – especially respecting customers while they are eating and not interfering with their meal without permission.
