Delicious food, lovely staff, enthusiastic support, the restaurant space is okay but needs to add more fans or air conditioning.

Arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM. Saw that Google Maps recommended it quite a bit, but the food was rated somewhat low. Still wanted to give it a try. However, waited nearly an hour for the order. If the dish had issues, that would be one thing, but here they didn't even have the dish. Only when I asked did they go check, saying the bill was lost. This only happens with unconfirmed orders at FABI, while the restaurant was not busy at all, yet the service was terrible. Sat on the second floor to the point where only our table was left. The restaurant said it closes at 10 PM. The staff on the second floor, about 3 or 4 people, seemed only focused on cleaning up to leave, not paying attention to customers. At exactly 10 PM, they came to say the bill was lost, which is no different from kicking customers out. It was a waste of time and effort, and from the staff to the attitude, no one cared about the customers. Is it worth coming here?

The food is okay, no need to comment, but the restaurant should guide customers on parking. The parking area in front of the restaurant is very disorderly and messy, occupying the pedestrian sidewalk. Customers have to maneuver their own bikes in a chaotic manner, making it very difficult to retrieve their vehicles when leaving.

I used to really crave Kitachi spicy noodles here, traveling 15 minutes just to eat here because they make it very delicious and the meat is fresh. But this time I was extremely disappointed; maybe after this experience I won't come here again. We ordered one spicy octopus noodle, one spicy beef and spring roll noodle, and french fries. All three dishes were off. Both bowls of noodles were overcooked. Anyway, it was very unappetizing, so I only ate the octopus and a little bit of noodles :))). The fries were hard. I arrived around 8:40-9 PM, and the restaurant was less crowded, but why was the food served so carelessly? :)))

I find it not as excellent as the reviews online. For me, it's average. The Thai flavor seems better. The space is not too spacious. The security guard is like a grandfather. Very aggressive. 🤷‍♀️

The food has changed. I ordered level 1 but it was spicier than usual. I called the staff for help, but they didn't assist, saying it's because the chili is spicier than usual. I've eaten here many times, but now I really don't want to come back.

The extra squid portion for 20k only got this much; I ordered once before and it was significantly more than this time.

Not satisfied with the staff's attitude, their handling was very bad. I used to eat at this eatery when it first opened, they took care of customers very well. This time I came back, the experience was terrible. I ordered extra beef, but I had almost finished the bowl of noodles, asked the staff 3-4 times, they still said the kitchen was working on it.

Friendly and polite staff. Delicious dishes to suit your taste, there is a self-service counter that is super convenient for people who use a lot of dipping salt like me.

I ordered just a bowl of noodles and sat for 30 minutes without getting it, while other tables that came later got their food quickly. You should review your operation process; I am very dissatisfied.

The noodles are too little, just a few strands, mostly broth, and the vegetables are like they were bought and then brought to the customer without even picking them.

I went on the weekend so the dishes took a bit longer, but they were delicious.

A perfect 10/10 restaurant, no complaints. From the staff to the food and drinks, everything is very okay. Especially, I'm impressed that they have a buffet counter of vegetables and dipping sauces for customers to freely choose, which almost no spicy noodle shop has. There are 2 locations, but I find this one still better than NVS😽😽

The topping is a bit less compared to previous times I've eaten.

The eatery is near my house and I see it has been open for a while. First time visiting, the space felt a bit messy to me. The menu has clear prices, I chose the spicy Thai seafood hot pot noodles, I think. The seafood seemed a bit scarce and not diverse, 2 shrimp, 2 pieces of squid, the rest were sausages with some enoki mushrooms and a carrot slice. Perhaps there is a self-serve herb and vegetable counter to add more, so the noodle bowl didn't have many vegetables, but for me, the extra vegetables at the counter don't go well with spicy noodles, so I felt the bowl looked quite lacking in everything. Will come back to try a different flavor.

The dishes are served quite slowly; even a few bottles of Coca-Cola took 15 minutes to be brought out. Sitting on the 3rd floor, if you want to eat vegetables, you have to go down to the 2nd floor to get them.

Whether eating at the restaurant or taking it home, it's delicious, but not a perfect 10.

Very bad experience with the space here and the aesthetics of the spicy noodle bowl. - The entrance door is not set to self-closing mode, and it's the rainy and windy season. Customers come and go frequently, but not everyone is mindful enough to close the door. My table and the table next to me had to take turns closing the door because we were sitting right there, and the wind was blowing straight into our faces. - The staff cooked the spicy noodle bowl and decorated it extremely poorly. The bowl of noodles looked very pale, vegetables were stuck all over the rim, boiling water splashed out, and the mushrooms and broccoli were undercooked...

Diverse dishes, reasonable prices. Good service staff. When it's crowded, they should seat guests on the 3rd floor instead of being too cramped. The broth should be improved a bit to be richer, then it would be fine.

Today is a holiday so it's crowded, dishes are slow but the staff are still enthusiastic, the food is delicious
