The staff gave wrong advice, causing customers to spend extra money without knowing. Additionally, the price seen on Facebook is currently 259, but at the restaurant it will be 279. The staff did not clearly state that it does not include VAT. They did not explain in detail which dishes are included and which are not. When we started eating, another staff member came and said that those dishes were not part of the combo, so each dish cost an extra 10k. The drinks were little. Poor service, expensive, small portions. I do not recommend anyone to try it and will not return.
No... It was a bad experience. It's not even about the cafe itself, but about the presentation. A lot of raw products pass by in front of you, and even though I'm not a vegetarian or anything... Even I found it disgusting to look at. Also, it's completely unclear how long to cook these products, why not hang a sign that says what type of product needs to be cooked for how long? The last thing I would want is to get poisoned from raw fish. In short, I'm never setting foot in places like this again. Thank you, of course, for this experience... And by the way, I also almost didn't understand why the only meat here is bacon? Why isn't there even chicken? That was very disappointing. The prices were very high. Also, it was disappointing that the staff didn't say that we could take desserts for free (we had the most expensive pocket) even though we asked several times that it was our first time here.
Many empty tables. I went with 2 people and wanted to sit at a table for 6, but the staff didn't allow it. They made us sit elsewhere. Meanwhile, there were 2 other people sitting at a table for 6 normally. No comment. Too few staff. Service was slow. Staff attitude was not good. Won't come back.
Really, the food is not worth the price. The staff's attitude made me quite dissatisfied. The food portions are small, and there was even a whole live worm in the vegetable dish.
The service staff is okay. The food is not worth the price. For 299k, you can eat all the dishes, but drinks and ice cream are charged separately. There is salmon, but mostly it's salmon fins with nothing special. The beef and pork are frozen, the fish is basa, the tom yum hot pot broth is salty, the mala hot pot broth is better. For this price, eating elsewhere is more worthwhile.

No napkins - No green noodles - meat not on the conveyor belt - air conditioner not turned on. Too bad.
The food trays are not as diverse as before, the staff are not enthusiastic. At one point, while carrying a plate, they dropped it onto my friend without even a word of apology or anything. After a while, when they heard us talking loudly, they brought some napkins. There were even flies on the conveyor belt 🫠
Staff are generally very enthusiastic, food is delicious, everyone should come and try.
There were two of us, we planned to eat the 169k combo, but after we sat down, the staff said only the 269k and 318k combos were available. At that point, we couldn't just get up, right? I understand this might be a business tactic, but as a customer, when being advised, I want FULL information, not this kind of concealment. Additionally, the service staff wasn't very professional. We ordered 2 bottles of water, and the staff brought exactly 2 bottles, without any cups. I don't know if that's the standard procedure or not. When paying, I felt the staff wasn't very focused because they kept looking elsewhere, as if they had unfinished business at another table. This should be improved so that customers feel respected. As for the food, I found it okay, acceptable but not very diverse. The dishes were repetitive, with new ones appearing only occasionally. Plus, we ate with doubts and some frustration, so we couldn't really enjoy the meal. I hope the restaurant improves; for me, this will be a lesson in choosing a place to eat.
The food is not diverse, there are a lot of vegetables but it takes a long time to get a plate of meat. On the bright side, the staff clears plates quickly. Not really worth the price.
Excited when going, frustrated when coming back! Won a Kichi buffet line voucher! Asked 3 times, once when receiving the prize, once when booking a table, and once before using the service, all answered okay! When it came time to pay, they said the buffet line is a dessert buffet! 😭😭😭😭 Big system but your business is terrible! What do you call the food on the line counter? It's a buffet! If the prize is a dessert buffet, you should clearly say dessert buffet, not a single word 'dessert' until payment time then say it's dessert! So disappointed in this big system! 15th anniversary but the program and prize usage conditions are vague!
Ordered the 199k package, but the staff said they only have 299k, so I couldn't just get up after sitting down at the table. In the end, I had to eat in frustration and annoyance, no different from a bait-and-switch.
