Delicious pho, come back to eat many times

My favorite pho restaurant. I've been here many times and will continue to come. The prices are publicly listed and, in my opinion, reasonable. The menu is quite diverse. The characteristic of Pho Thin is its clear broth, lots of onions (but not too pungent), and no lemon or accompanying vegetables and bean sprouts like other pho shops, but it has a very distinctive and addictive flavor. Every time I come, I also order an extra bowl of poached eggs hehe. As for service, it's fast or slow depending on whether the shop is busy or not. However, I find it quite acceptable. Once, my friend couldn't eat dill or cilantro, and the shop made a separate bowl for my friend without charging extra. Regarding billing, there were one or two times the shop miscalculated, but they quickly fixed it, so I let it slide. There is parking for cars and motorbikes (for cars, guests have to find their own spot, but generally there is space). The atmosphere in the shop is quite cool, with air conditioning. However, I suggest that some dishes (e.g., crispy fried pho, soft fried pho) are no longer sold, so they should be removed from the menu because many times I've visited and ordered them, only to be told they're not available. Overall, a good experience, and I'll keep coming back for a long time.

Experience on 07/03/2016 (19:30) I came for dinner and ordered rare flank pho. The dish was quite delicious, the broth was fragrant, hot, and rich in flavor. The presentation was neat and clean, so it looked very appetizing. The restaurant space was relatively quiet, airy, and clean, quite suitable for dining with family. At the time I came, the number of customers was moderate, so it wasn't too crowded. Regarding the service staff, the restaurant has about 5 employees, but I noticed only one female staff member with short, ash-silver dyed hair, named Lai, who was quite attentive and responsive to customers with a good attitude. The restaurant should acknowledge and encourage this employee's work ethic. The remaining staff seemed unfocused on their work, rarely observing customers, sometimes using their phones and joking around. There was a nearby table that ordered 2 more fried dough sticks up to 3 times but still hadn't been served promptly. I hope the restaurant manager will remind and retrain the staff to improve service quality, because the food and restaurant space are quite good.

The food portions are generous and it's delicious. Seeing that there is Korean written on the menu, it seemed like many Koreans come here, and there were many Koreans during the meal as well. The pho comes in large and small sizes... I recommend ordering the small size and ordering side dishes. The side dishes are also generous in portion. I ordered thinking it would be the same portion as in Korea, but barely finished it. Kimchi and danmuji (pickled radish) are available as add-on menu items, so those who need them can order them. We all ate well and enjoyed it.

Friendly staff (though they tend to respond only when requested and often gather to chat). I was impressed by the open kitchen, etc. It was my first time trying gopchang rice noodles, and the combination of tom yum and yukgaejang flavors suited my taste. Rating is about 4.5? The portions are larger than expected, so be careful when ordering. I was so full from the gopchang rice noodles that I packed the rest.

It is a chain restaurant that sells various Vietnamese noodle dishes. However, this branch is the one I personally visit most often... Even though it's a bit far, it's a place worth taking a taxi to eat at because the food is good.

Clean interior and neat rice noodles are perfect for a morning hangover cure. Especially the light broth that Koreans like and the slight smoky flavor are very good, and with lots of green onions, there's no gamey smell and it's refreshing.

I came because it's so famous, but there are reviews. There are some bad ones. First of all, the staff's response is terrible. I ordered brisket pho and gopchang pho, but they only gave me two slices of brisket. When I asked, they said there's no gopchang pho. The people next to me were eating it, and it's 9 AM... The menu has it, haha.

When you think of Vietnam, you think of rice noodles~ When you think of rice noodles in Da Nang, it's right here!!^^ Every time I come, I'm satisfied, and every time I eat, I acknowledge it's that famous restaurant~~ Now it's famous among tourists too, so I didn't want to write a review, but... I can't help it~~ lol The staff is friendly! Open kitchen so it's clean! You know these are basic things, right??~~~ Today I finished it all and am leaving~~ I ate well and deliciously!~~~^^

The gopchang rice noodles are outstanding, more delicious than An Toi. An Toi tastes like raw chili powder, but here it's clean. And the brisket rice noodles, the broth is art.

As soon as I saw the post, I waited for opening time and now I'm eating happily. Why did I only find out about this place now? ㅠ Sitting under the air conditioner with beer ㅋ It's like putting rice noodles in beef tripe hot pot, it's awesome ㅎ The downside is there's no steamed rice.

Instead of gopchang guksu, I ordered the same thing the locals eat, and it was so delicious. I also ate something like sliced garlic pickles, which cut through the greasiness perfectly and were really tasty. The gopchang guksu tasted like yukgaejang, but personally, for a hangover cure, the clear pho broth with king ribs was the best.

I ate something like beef rib rice noodles... It tasted like beef rib soup with rice noodles added... The broth was light and clean... I ate it with pepper, garlic, and lime, and when about half was left, I added the red seasoning, which made it spicy and delicious... The fried food that came with it, whether dipped in the broth or eaten plain, I didn't really like it... It seems they give cilantro if you ask for it...

Life Pho Restaurant. My wife insisted that we must go here, so we eventually went. Wow, the beef tripe pho is really somewhere between yukgaejang and internal organ soup... It's spicy and perfect for hangover relief or as a drinking snack. It's just delicious, the best taste for my palate... Better than most yukgaejang... Even the small size at 80,000 VND is enough unless you're a big eater. If you have time, definitely go. The interior seems a bit hot, but I guess it's because there are so many people.

It's a spicy rice noodle soup with large ribs and intestines! Perfect for a hangover. The staff was friendly and the interior was cool. The price seems expensive for Vietnam, but once you try it, it's totally worth it!
