Joke of a place no food no nothing

Visited this after visiting Marble Mountain. We ordered coconut coffee, lemon ice freeze, mango yogurt smoothie and they were all so delicious.

The shop is located in a cool spot all day long. It overlooks the Non Nuoc park, which is nice and beautiful. The drinks are diverse, and the prices are quite high compared to the general average and the design the shop offers.

Draft House at 417 Lê Văn Hiến Street is a great place for those who love a lively atmosphere and quality draft beer. The space is spacious and airy, very suitable for gatherings with friends, colleagues, or watching sports. The food menu is also diverse, from traditional drinking snacks to modern dishes, all prepared appealingly and to taste. Fast and enthusiastic service is a big plus, ensuring a complete customer experience. However, to optimize the customer experience, Draft House could improve the sound system to ensure background music is lively without being too noisy. I believe using Tuneast will help the venue create playlists suitable for each moment, allowing customers to choose songs and send wishes, creating a lively, unique atmosphere and increasing interaction, while also running promotions based on music events.

Bad service, coffee was terrible... On the morning of March 3, the staff collected money for orange juice, then came out and said there was no more orange. Only when the customer asked for a refund for the earlier order of one orange juice and one coffee did they refund the money.

I am truly very grateful to the shop. I dropped my wallet at the shop, and luckily the staff picked it up and returned it to me intact. The coffee at the shop is very delicious 🥰🥰🥰

The staff was negligent; I asked them to bring a bag for water, they nodded their heads, but after 15 minutes they still haven't brought it out.

Cafe is okay

We came to this café and had a matcha latte and an egg coffee. The drinks were good. But we were not served at the table even though the café was almost empty. We had to place the order ourselves. After we got our drinks, two locals sat down next to us and were immediately served at the table. Apparently they don't like tourists here. Very unfortunate.

A comfortable dining and drinking space. Near the river, so it's very cool, with a wonderful view. Very attractive for hosting guests from afar visiting Da Nang.

Staff served dishes slowly with a careless attitude. I could understand because the restaurant was quite crowded and understaffed, but when a dish was out of stock, they should have informed us immediately. Instead, the staff didn't notify us and made us wait for nearly 30 minutes to an hour. When we were about to leave, they finally came out to tell us. People who came after us got their drinks first. I don't understand why. I wouldn't dare to come back a second time.

A place where you just drink a cup of coffee and hear the owner constantly scolding the staff. I don't know how much the monthly salary is, but they keep putting them down and scolding them.

The price is not that high, it's too much of a rip-off. The price is on par with Bông, but worse than Bông.
