Quán Bia Đêm

The restaurant has no roof covering the way to the restroom; when it rains, going in and out leaves you soaked like a drowned rat. The service staff is okay. The dishes are fine. However, when paying, due to an incident where my phone ran out of battery and was charging, the owner rushed me as if I were trying to dine and dash. Will not return!
