The quality is now very poor, the food is less and of lower quality than before, the bamboo shoots smell bad, the mushrooms are wilted, the chicken is not as firm as before. The female server has a scowling face, the male server wearing his cap backwards looks like a debt collector, talking to customers as if they were family juniors. I've visited many times before, but this is the last time. A pack of tofu skin is 40k????

The attitude of the staff is terrible. I came in to eat at 10 PM and asked the staff what time they close, and the staff said 11:10 PM. I ordered food, and within less than 10 minutes, I called them again for a second order, but the staff had a bad attitude, though they still took the order. We hadn't even finished eating by 10:30 PM when the staff turned off the lights, cleaned up, and closed some doors. The attitude of all the staff was extremely poor. Customers were still eating, but they closed the doors and turned off the lights to drive customers away. The staff spoke rudely and intimidated customers as if they were superior. A terrible experience; I will never come back again.

I still politely asked them but they still said the same. Called the owner, but the owner sided with the staff and spoke very unpleasantly. Bowls and dishes are dirty. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RESTAURANT'S SERVICE🙂 Tonight around 7:45 PM on March 18, we came to the restaurant and ordered 1 small chicken hot pot + 1 drink. It would have been fine, but the following incidents happened and made me very annoyed, and I will not return to this restaurant even though I have eaten here many times. The photo below is after I wiped myself with a napkin. + First, we called a staff member and asked for ice because they brought out the drink without ice. That staff member dropped an ice cube right into the salt dipping bowl, and it splashed all over me. At that time, I was on my phone, and it happened so fast that I was stunned and couldn't react. That female staff member only apologized to me once and turned around and left🙂. I was all dirty, but it seemed she just apologized for the sake of it without taking any action to handle it. Only my friend and I cleaned up the table ourselves, while we were completely not at fault for the spill. I was quite shocked by the staff's attitude here when they made a mistake=)) + After spilling the salt, that staff member also didn't bring out a new bowl of salt. It took about 5-7 minutes before my friend called and they brought it out again (the salt that staff member spilled, not our fault). + I wonder if the restaurant trains its staff properly? When a staff member makes a mistake but treats customers like that, and when you read reviews on Google Maps, you see month after month of continuous 1-star reviews about the staff's service attitude. It seems the restaurant doesn't care much about customer service, only about profit=))) and the restaurant doesn't value customer feedback when they let this situation go on for so long regarding the staff's customer service.

Ordered a small hot pot for 150k, but it's a lot, everyone. The three of us ate just enough. What I like most here is the fragrant green chili dipping sauce; they use bird's eye chili so it's delicious. The seating is spacious and airy. The chicken here has no gamey smell; I find it to my taste. Compared to other branches I've tried, this one is cheaper and tastier according to my palate.

The first time I went to eat and asked for an extra bowl of fermented fish sauce, they didn't give it. The staff's attitude was very poor. Their response to customers was nothing. I will never come back to this eatery again 😒 …

The seasoning of the food is okay, easy to eat, average price. The chicken hot pot has too much MSG. At first, I thought the sweet taste came from somewhere else, but it turned out to be from MSG. I am sensitive to MSG, so after eating, I felt dizzy and had a headache, so I knew right away. I definitely will not come back.

The staff has a super attitude problem. Paying to eat here feels like being treated as a thief or something. Maybe it's a family-run place or what. The food is just average :)) The chicken hot pot: last time I came, there was red chili salt; next time, it was gone. When I asked the staff, they had a very bad attitude!!!
