An excellent place to have a beer with the Locals. The China - Vietnam game was U23 was underway. And we had the pleasure to experience true Vietnam passion for soccer. They lost the game but the Vietnamese are very sportive.
Nice beer bar! A 3 liter beer tower was 168k VND which is very cheap. Food is also good.
I'm a local of Da Nang but only now visited Cau Ca Dien Bien Phu. Trying it out, I found this Da Nang Bia Hoi eatery has very delicious food, affordable prices, and an extremely comfortable, spacious atmosphere. Dropping by in the evening for a drink is very suitable, truly the essence of a Da Nang night drinking spot worth trying.
The class reunion at Cau Ca Dien Bien Phu was quite fun. The eatery was crowded but not stuffy, the Beer Garden space was spacious, and the eatery has large tables so when going in a big group, we didn't worry about lacking space. We sat clinking glasses until late at night and still felt comfortable, just like a garden-style drinking eatery, so it's very easy to gather.
Cậu Cả is in a prime location with a diverse menu. Prices are a bit higher, but it is popular among young people so it gets quite crowded. The staff are friendly, and the food is tasty though slightly salty. There are two main downsides: first, the parking area is not well-organized or guided, and second, despite the restaurant’s large capacity, the restroom is too small, leading to long waits. The owner should take note.
The food is quite good according to my personal taste and that of my friends. The tofu was bad, the turmeric stir-fried spring rolls were not flavorful, and some fish cake dish tasted like eating flour... The draft beer was quite fragrant and delicious. The space is spacious and airy, with soft music that makes it easy to talk. The staff are enthusiastic.
The restaurant has a wide frontage right at the Dien Bien Phu intersection. It's quite crowded in the evening, and the staff are also quick. The food is average, a bit bland.

The dish's seasoning is not rich enough. The bait is not attractive. The regular beer is not good. The space is quite noisy.
Just stopped by the eatery after work and had to speak up immediately because the experience was absolutely great. The place is right on the main street front, you can see it as you pass by. The space is an open garden style with gentle yellow lights and cool greenery – perfect for chilling. The parking lot is super spacious, rare to find such a comfortable parking spot in the city center. The Hanoi draft beer here is authentic, ice-cold, and you still crave more after several glasses. The menu is diverse, every dish suits my taste, and the prices are very reasonable, no rip-offs. It's exactly the kind of budget-friendly beer garden for office workers looking for a stress-relief spot on weekends. There's also a discount for the opening, which is very reasonable. Bottom line: I'll be back soon!
I had a chance to visit the eatery on a weekend evening. My first impression was that the location is very convenient, right on the front of the main street Dien Bien Phu. The eatery is easy to find and quite prominent with its spacious and airy atmosphere. The food is fresh, and the dishes are prepared quickly, so when they arrive at the table, they are still piping hot.
This place is the true love every weekend. Every dish is delicious, especially the fried chicken with fish sauce. Cold beer is true to the style of Hanoi Bia Hoi, sitting and chatting makes you forget to go home. This Beer Garden is perfect for a group of 5–6 people.
Every evening it's packed, true to the style of a Da Nang night drinking spot. The space is like a Beer Garden, extremely airy. Especially love the Hanoi draft beer, authentic taste, reasonable price! My club will come regularly👍
Employees gather in groups of three or seven to chat, customers sitting far away call repeatedly but can't get service. When they finally get an employee, the employee later forgets to bring out the items. I don't know where the manager is.
Every time I'm stressed, I make plans with friends to go to Beer Garden Cậu Cả. The space has lots of trees and soft yellow lights, so the relaxing feeling is amazing. Sitting and drinking cold beer with grilled dishes makes me forget all the tiredness. The cheerful staff makes the atmosphere even more lively. Honestly, this is truly the most chill type of night drinking spot in Da Nang.
The food is okay, but the staff is very bad and needs retraining - The customer made a reservation. They clearly stated the table name, but the staff ignored them. Then they ran off. Management is requested to review the staff's attitude.
The waiter takes our order. He brings us some dishes. We ask him if it's possible to send the rest. He tells us that nothing else is planned, so he didn't take the whole order and the kitchen has closed, so no dishes for 2 people who have nothing to eat. Moreover, he announces and leaves saying the equivalent of 'that's life'. Shameful!
I thought the name of the restaurant was ordinary, but it turned out to be really upscale. It's a true Beer Garden, with a cool atmosphere and tasty food. It's crowded every evening, but the service is still very good.
Today I went to entertain guests at Cau Ca and found it quite good. The space is spacious and comfortable, just like a Hanoi Bia Hoi eatery in the middle of Da Nang. Sitting and drinking beer while chatting is very pleasant, not too noisy.
Anyone looking for a Bia Hoi Da Nang eatery with a beautiful space and delicious food, this is the real deal. We've been several times and still find it worth the money, the appetizers are tasty, the waiter is super adorable, and he gave us very detailed food recommendations.
Go to Da Nang to find a drinking spot to sit with friends and saw this place. The space is extremely airy, sitting and drinking with friends is incredibly fun, the food and beer are also very delicious.
The appetizers here are very tasty, I will come back many times when I have the chance.
