Cute little coffee shop, lots of places right now are closed for Tet but this one was open. Got salted caramel machiato and it was really good!

A very bad experience using the service & drinks here. From the beginning when entering the shop, there was no parking attendant, and when going into the shop, they refused to let me park, so I had to leave the shop.

The place is strong on decor, space decoration, and drinks. The drinks vary in quality depending on the type and when they are made—acceptable overall. The downside is that staff often forget customers' notes when ordering (less sweet, no ice, etc.) multiple times, and many staff members don't pay attention to customers even when it's not too busy at lunchtime.

The restaurant has a fairly decent space, but the hygiene is not good. The floor and tables and chairs are a bit messy, giving a feeling of not being very clean. Hope the restaurant improves to enhance the customer experience. Will not visit again.

The shop is no longer as meticulous as before, not clean, the sofa is too dirty and the shop does not clean it at all, the restroom is dirty and smelly with many insects, the room spray does not make the restroom less smelly but even makes it smellier, very headache-inducing. While sitting for coffee, mice keep running in and out very boldly. They should reconsider their management.

The owner should review their management. I don't know if they have any training or knowledge in F&B, but they work unprofessionally and emotionally like this. Scolding employees in front of customers is also unacceptable. Such a lack of respect for customers.

It's hot, so it's perfect to take a short break here. But it doesn't seem like Incheon Landing, haha. Based on the outdoor area, there's a slight hanok atmosphere.

My friend invited me to this eatery and I find it okay. The place has both air-conditioned space and a small outdoor garden for those who love nature. The air-conditioned area inside is a bit small; if there are many people talking, it can be a bit noisy. The staff are quick and agile, probably young, and the place was a bit crowded, so when I asked for a second round of tea, they only brought it over later. The parking space in front is a bit tight, but once you arrive, the staff will arrange the bikes, so it's okay. It's around the Mid-Autumn Festival, so I saw the restaurant hanging beautiful lanterns.

Water is quite cheap but the bread is a bit dry. The shop is also cool thanks to fans and green plants. It's okay.

The service staff is very poor. The restaurant has few customers, but the drinks come out very slowly. I will not come back next time. Seeing it empty, I understand why 🙂. I advise everyone not to go.

Poor quality water at high price, not worth it

I see the manager here is irresponsible, toxic, and yells at staff in front of customers. I will not return and do not recommend anyone to come here. The shop needs a lot of improvement if it wants to retain customers.
