I was disappointed by this place :( very loud music and not friendly atmosphere! Please turn the music down. Beer is good )
They play music very loudly after 11:00 pm and don’t let sleep!
Ordered 4-5 dishes, the restaurant said they were good but left them all untouched because they were too bad. The salad was bland. The sausage was chewy and smelly. The stir-fried noodles had old oil. The chicken cartilage was salty.

To start, the tables are very very low, making it difficult to get your legs under the table. Moreover, the server brought us the menu and stood in front of us waiting, then a colleague joined him and they were both leaning with both hands on our table, slouching, looking impatient and chatting. In short, the servers are disrespectful. Terrible service, a restaurant to avoid!

The restaurant serves enthusiastically, but despite booking a table, they didn't reserve it, to the point of not having enough cups and bowls for everyone, really terrible. I hope everyone will consider before coming here.
Booked a table 1 week in advance, but when the time came, the staff said they didn't know and had already given the table to other customers. We were okay with it and waited for 2 hours, but in the end, the owner said they didn't know how to handle it. Being the owner but not knowing how to handle things and consider everything, I think anyone planning to go should ask the owner if they can definitely hold the table for customers🤗

Ordered takeout from the restaurant, but when I opened it at home, I realized they made the wrong dish. They gave dipping sauce but no lime wedge, and the sauce was extremely salty... couldn't eat it, so frustrating.
Booked a VIP room 7 days in advance but when arriving, the room was not available and was occupied by other guests. The owner refused to take responsibility for the incident even though I was the one who directly booked the table through the owner.
Poor service. Bad food. VIP room booking postponed repeatedly. Booked 7 days in advance, but the owner was messing around.
The food portions are too small. The fried chicken cartilage with fish sauce has just a few measly pieces; the hot pot with chicken and giang leaves also has just a few pieces of breastbone, neck, etc. Very disappointing. I recommend everyone to reconsider choosing this eatery if they don't improve the quality of their dishes 🫠

The restaurant is terrible. Today I came to eat and ordered Thai hot pot. While eating, I found a worm in the pot even though I hadn't added any vegetables. I called the staff to handle it, but they just said they would bring it back to exchange. We said we didn't need an exchange, but a moment later the staff brought out another pot. However, it wasn't a new pot; it was a pot very similar to our old one that had been reheated. At that point, we said we didn't need it brought out anymore, and the staff just stayed silent and said nothing. Not a single apology or explanation for why there was a foreign organism in the pot. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't very crowded, but they were quite neglectful. I called 4 or 5 times and no staff heard me, even though they were free and standing around. Never coming back.
The eatery is okay, the food is delicious, the view is airy.
