I also stopped by to eat che sau at Co Lien's place once. It's quite rich and creamy, also quite sweet. If there were a less sweet flavor, I'd give it a perfect 10.

Anyone who likes durian sweet soup should definitely try this shop. It's located right at the beginning of Hoang Dieu Street, very easy to find and also super famous. The Thai durian sweet soup as shown in the picture is 25k, fragrant with durian, the broth is also sweet and light, the toppings are not too diverse but generally quite good quality, and the menu also has many choices.

The durian sweet soup here is not as good as in Saigon. Mainly there's a bit of durian, the rest is mostly pre-packaged stuff like jelly. The accompanying fruits in the sweet soup are not very diverse. The only good thing is the shop is insanely crowded. Someone bought as many as 11 cups. Come to try it for the experience, but won't come back.

Liên's original dessert shop, every time I come to Da Nang, I have to stop by here. Lately, I've noticed the shop is less crowded than before, probably because too many branches have opened. The characteristic of this shop is that you order and pay at the counter, then take the receipt to get the dessert, a self-service style. The dessert is also pre-packaged in bags; when you order, the staff just pokes the bag to take out the dessert and adds jackfruit. It looks quite industrial. Since I rarely come to Da Nang, I ate two bowls right away: one jackfruit dessert and one jelly dessert, but I have to say they were a bit sweet, so I couldn't finish both. After eating, I felt a sticky sensation in my throat; lesson learned for next time.

Chè Liên here is delicious, but the service requires customers to order and carry themselves, so I don't like it. The staff's attitude is not proper and serious; today they were jumping around, talking loudly, using profanity, and swearing.

I just bought some sweet soup, but the liquid tastes sour. I only had a few spoonfuls and already feel a bit of stomach ache. The lychees in the soup are chewy, showing signs of being old, with yellowed flesh, and some fruits have something greenish that looks like they are spoiled or moldy. The jelly has some black specks that look like dirt or sand. It looks really scary; I just bought it to try but don't dare to eat it anymore.

Chè khúc bạch is very bad, Thai-style sweet soup is okay. Not recommended for khúc bạch. Self-service sweet soup, so consider carefully.

I ordered Thai durian sweet soup (both with and without durian) and also tried the khuc bach sweet soup. To be honest, after a while, it's no longer as good as when I traveled and ate it before. Also, you shouldn't order khuc bach, it's nothing special@@ it feels like the bowl of sweet soup is sold just for the sake of it, best not to order it to avoid wasting money.
