This is the first time I have enjoyed fresh fish cake noodle soup and I am quite impressed. The fish is fresh, so it has a natural sweet taste, the fish meat is moderately chewy and not mushy. The broth is clear, with sweetness coming from the fish, making it quite pleasant to eat and not greasy. The eatery is crowded but the service is relatively fast. If you like local specialties, this is a place worth experiencing. However, the price is a bit high compared to the general average. In addition, the restroom area is quite shabby and not commensurate with the quality of the food or the number of customers. Overall, I rate this as a delicious fish cake noodle soup eatery, worth trying at least once to experience the natural sweetness of fresh fish. If they improve the facilities and restroom area, the experience would be more complete.

This bowl is the mixed bowl for 95k. Fresh squid, sweet and delicious fish cake, the dipping sauce is also quite tasty. The broth is probably suitable for those who prefer a light flavor, personally I find it bland.

At a Bún Cá place, you can taste all regional dishes =))) I tried Bún with fishcake and riêu, the broth was generally light and had the sweetness of cabbage and pumpkin. No artificial seasonings were added (or very little), the fishcake was made of real fish so it was chewy and delicious. It seemed like no flour was mixed in, and the riêu was okay. It was just average like other places. Overall, this dish scores 100/100. It's bustling with locals, and since it's a local eatery, the prices are quite affordable.

I ordered the mixed vermicelli and the fish head vermicelli. I give a very high rating to this fish head bowl—rich and fragrant. The mixed vermicelli bowl has a whole squid, but I don't rate it as highly. The restaurant's broth is very sweet. I will come back to order this fish head.

Along the Han River, there are hardly many good breakfast eateries; however, nearby there is Hiền Quý beef noodle soup on Mai Hắc Đế Street which is very delicious. Hiền's fresh fish noodle soup and fish cake are arguably the best in Da Nang, with fish cake, fresh fish, squid, crab paste, and quite convenient car parking!

The staff probably ran out of family members, so their attitude was very rude. The person calculating the bill was an older aunt, likely the owner, and oh my god. Taste depends on each person. I found it fishy and the food undercooked. Usually, I eat at Bà Lữ's bún on Hùng Vương Street; customers are crowded 24/7, but I've never been annoyed eating there. This time, following TikTok, consider it bad luck.

The broth is as bad as plain water, the fish is fresh. The cashier is arrogant and looks annoyed. The glass of water placed on the table was taken away before I could drink it, EXTREMELY RUDE.

The dish I'm most addicted to when coming to Da Nang, the broth is clear, naturally sweet, seafood is super fresh, squid is crunchy, fish is fatty, crab paste is soft and fragrant, very delicious. After eating, I feel very fresh, not too much seasoning, not causing internal heat like other soup dishes. I stayed in Da Nang for 7 days and had this dish for 3 breakfasts.

The eatery is spacious and airy. The food is delicious. I ate a bowl of fish and squid noodle soup. I got a piece of pomfret and 2 big squids. The pomfret is fresh. The squid is crunchy and sweet. Very delicious. The eatery sells very high quality. A bowl like that costs 60k, I think it's cheap.

The wait is a bit long but worth it. I love the broth/soup here, I always finish it all :))) My favorite dish is squid. This is the first time I know what fresh squid tastes like—eating it here. Crispy and delicious. I've been eating here many times, and finally got to try the 70-size squid—big, crispy, and satisfying, though that day the squid was a bit pricey. That day's deal was 210, discounted to 200k 💕
