The food is OK. But service is terrible: waiters just sit and play their phones and you must call them, otherwise they do not pay any attention to the customers, nobody clean the tables, when you come in the middle of the day you see dirty tables sit with empty dishes and waiters just pass by without any concern. Overall the place feels dirty and really unpleasant to be in.
I got food poisoning from your food and was nauseous and vomiting for 5 hours the next morning.

There's a staff member here who is pretty. The one wearing cat-eye glasses is incredibly cute, coming to the eatery to eat and admire at the same time :)))
The female staff member who is sick has a very bad attitude towards customers, constantly glaring at them and not being friendly. The food here is quite delicious, but the attitude is too poor. I hope the restaurant will correct the staff. I have eaten here many times.
When we went to eat, we asked for a bowl and a dipping sauce bowl, but the staff's attitude was terrible 🙂 they even stood there and made sarcastic remarks, the food was good but the attitude was extremely bad

Should be more selective with staff, they talk loudly, don't respect others, keep sneaking into the kitchen, order drinks but don't bring them out, only remember after being reminded.
I understand we are all employees alike, but honestly, the food here is okay. I just want to talk about the service. The thin girl working the evening shift and the chubby girl, these two have really bad attitudes. It's like they don't want to welcome us at all. Not to mention, once I went with my friend at noon, and there was a manager or something, handsome face okay but very rude. He brought out my bowl of spicy noodles with a chipped rim. Honestly, the attitude was too much, I don't dare to come back. The service is really terrible. I hope what I said will be heard and changed.

Shrimp is not fresh
Every dish is sweet, the noodle soup is watery. The service attitude of the staff is poor; when I asked for the bill, all the staff hid in the kitchen, not a single one. The owner can check the camera. I asked for a glass of filtered water, but by the time I stood up to leave, the staff still hadn't brought it out, and there was no staff at the counter to remind them. Too bad!
Spicy noodles are delicious, the service staff is okay
The restaurant served undercooked noodles; the broth, which is usually delicious, was terrible today; the staff were joking around in front of the counter, using foul language, and showing no respect to the customers eating there. I hope the restaurant will address this, as I frequently eat at this Khúc Hạo location!

The restaurant is very disrespectful to customers. I have given feedback once, and this time I am rating directly here. The restaurant should reconsider its service. I came to the restaurant at the Hạo section. I have been there many times and now I officially do not want to return.
The first few days it was very delicious, now it's getting worse and worse.
The food took a very long time to come out, the fried dish was undercooked and cold inside, the service charge is high during Tet.
I ate kimbap here. The food took a long time to come out, which I didn't mind because I thought the restaurant made it fresh, so I understood. But when it was brought out, I was surprised because it didn't look appealing at all—it looked like leftover scraps served to customers. When I picked up a piece of kimbap, the filling inside all fell out; the rice went one way and the filling went another.
Spicy noodles taste okay but need to adjust the spiciness level more appropriately; today I ordered level 3 but it wasn't spicy at all like other places 😅 The air conditioner seems the same but not very cool, probably because people go in and out a lot so the cool air escapes.
The restaurant is hot, and it seems the local staff have grumpy faces or something, I saw the female staff member's face looking unpleasant.
The noodle dish is delicious
I've eaten at many branches of GW, but this branch made me extremely disappointed! The staff is slow and clueless. I asked for extra sauce, they said 'yes, yes' but after serving another customer's dish, they still didn't bring me the sauce, while the sauce bowl was tiny. I waited until I was almost done eating and still had no sauce. I went to the counter to ask, and they said 'wait a moment, dear,' but then that person brought water to another table and still didn't bring me the sauce??? The order on the machine was for two bottles, but they brought out only one?? And in the end, that person still didn't bring the sauce but stood in the kitchen chatting? Only when I told another staff member did they bring it out. The restaurant needs to review its staff!!
I really feel uncomfortable with the staff here. My group was eating, and they kept glancing at us. Then they brought the food over and asked us to carry it down with a dismissive gesture, saying 'Help me bring it down.' We paid for our meal, but they made it feel like we were eating for free. I really love the food, but the staff kept looking up and down, and I don't like it at all 😔
