The cute, funny security guard helps me find things
The Highlands coffee shop is located right at the intersection of Ông Ích Khiêm and Nguyễn Tất Thành, an airy location. You can sit inside and there are also chairs available outside in the yard, with extra fans for customers who need them. It is situated beside the Công Đoàn hotel. The staff are friendly. They make drinks quickly. They are enthusiastic in providing support. There are many parking spots for cars and motorbikes, and there is staff to watch over the motorbikes. So you can feel at ease when coming here.
I placed the wrong order, so I contacted the hotline to cancel it. The hotline confirmed the cancellation and said the money would be refunded. But later, a staff member called back and said the money would not be refunded. Very bad experience.
I just had a terrible experience and have to share it right away. I placed an order on the Highlands app, but when it came time to pick it up, I realized I had mistakenly ordered in Da Nang while I am in Hanoi. I contacted the hotline to cancel the order. At that time, the hotline confirmed that the order could be canceled and the money would be refunded within 3-5 days. But a while later, someone called me back and said it couldn't be canceled and there would be no refund. I am really disappointed with the company's handling. Very bad experience.
Staff have a bad attitude
Friendly staff. Clean eatery, comfortable seating, will come back.
The eatery is right on the road, the staff are enthusiastic and cheerful.
There is an outdoor space but with quite few tables, and the shop also does not proactively bring out additional tables and chairs even though they have them. The drinks are from the same system so they are still good. Sitting in the morning is quite suitable.

Delicious drinks, enthusiastic and gentle staff. A small suggestion: replace square ice cubes with cylindrical ones for easier stirring and better aesthetics.

New eatery. Location is okay, has parking for cars. The rest is like other eateries.
The shop is so bad. Ordered a large cup but got a small lid. Ordered a peach tea cup but got a peach milk tea cup. Then the parking attendant didn't show customers where to park; just sat still in one place, looking around blankly, then completely ignored. Came in to buy 2 cups for 135k but the service was terrible.
I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for the bell to ring but it didn't. I sat so long that I went to ask the staff, who said they had called but it didn't come out. By around 6:15 PM, the restaurant's space was filled with loud karaoke music from nearby drinking spots, which was too noisy. I ordered a cup of coffee, but it was overly sweet.
Quite crowded on weekends, so going late after 9 PM often means no indoor seats. Drink quality is good, orders are served quickly. Staff are friendly.
A new shop opened right at the intersection with a street view. It's a bit unfortunate to lack a sea view, but the space is set up reasonably and airy, suitable for gathering with friends and family. For working or studying, you should consider avoiding peak hours. The drink quality is still okay, service is good, and the staff, though new, are very enthusiastic and cheerful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Changing to a new shop for a change of pace, I've added another favorite café to my list 😌
Newly opened eatery, with quite airy outdoor space, suitable for sitting early in the morning and in the evening if you don't like sitting in air conditioning.
