Always prompt, pleasant service.
The restaurant is spacious and airy, but the staff is not very good.
The restaurant is very clean, the staff serving customers are lovely, the space is airy, the drinks are absolutely amazing, must say number one, no waiting.
Weekend morning, excited to go for coffee. Sat for a long time but didn't see any staff. Called out but no one heard. Went inside the counter and was told to sit at the table first before ordering. At the table, 2 or 3 staff came to take orders 2 or 3 times. Sigh. Made a cappuccino that was unbelievably sweet. Brought it back to return, they said to stir it. When the staff brought it back out, it spilled. No matter how much you stir, it's still sweet. The essence of cappuccino is that it has no sugar. If you don't make it the original way, you have to inform the customer when they order so they know. Instead, not a single word said. Ruined someone's morning.

Waited too long to order drinks. First time entering the restaurant. Went to the counter. Staff said to sit at a table. Sat at a table for 20 minutes. No staff came. Went back to the counter. Staff said to sit at a table again. And 10 minutes later, staff brought the menu out.

The drink shop and the staff are too enthusiastic and attentive. The guests remember the drinks and love the shop. The shop gets 10 points but there is no 'nhưng'.
