delicious drinks, water comes out quickly, friendly staff

A little suggestion: could the brand provide fans in the area outside the air-conditioned room?

I stopped by KATINAT Nguyễn Văn Linh cafe during a walk in Da Nang. The interior is decorated in a calm and stylish style, and outside there are small chairs and tables, creating a typical Vietnamese cafe atmosphere. I ordered a latte and oolong milk tea with tapioca. I didn't quite understand the menu, so I asked for something unsweetened, but for some reason the drink turned out incredibly sweet. The oolong milk tea was interesting because you had to add the tapioca yourself, but the tapioca was also incredibly sweet. As I drank, bitterness gradually appeared, which confused me. Later I learned that Vietnamese coffee is quite bitter and astringent, so it is often diluted with sweet milk foam, which seemed logical to me! The oolong milk tea was also very bitter, but it's a pleasant memory.

I absolutely love the taste of the Avocado Young Coconut drink! It's simply amazing! The English-speaking manager upgraded my drink size from S to L as part of today's promotion. The place was a bit cramped and noisy, but I will definitely come back to try other drinks.

Delicious drinks. Today I ordered 2 items: Cóc Cóc Đác Đác and Huyền Châu Bơ Sữa. In my opinion, both are delicious. Cóc Cóc Đác Đác is slightly sour with the fragrance of braised Thơm Đác fruit. Huyền Châu Bơ Sữa is lightly creamy and mildly fragrant from avocado, just slightly sweet, not too sweet.

Good marketing, beautiful images, but the drink quality is quite average; Phê La is the same owner but far superior.

The restaurant takes too long and is time-consuming

Katinat is beyond reproach. But I'm wondering, when I drink the avocado with young coconut in HCMC, the cup is always full, but why is it that every time I drink it in Da Nang, the cup is about one finger joint less?

Katinat has an eye-catching design, a pleasant space, and is very suitable for relaxing. The drinks are delicious, well-balanced in flavor. Our little one also absolutely loves it, so the whole family had a very enjoyable experience!

Ordered via Shopee app in the morning, the shipper arrived at around 8:00, but the staff said to wait. After waiting over half an hour, there was still no receipt, while other shippers got theirs within 5-10 minutes! When asked again, the staff said, 'I don't know, I didn't tell you to wait?' The staff had an arrogant attitude! I understand that the restaurant is busy on holidays and the shipper is also tired, but the staff was not enthusiastic, so I had to cancel the order.

I don't know if Katinat is rich now or what, but when I came in to order, the staff frowned and didn't want to take orders. The customers weren't crowded either, but I waited an hour and still didn't get my drink. In general, the service is getting worse and worse and needs to be changed urgently.

Are you kidding me? I placed an order and waited for an hour without getting anything. There are so many staff, but this is how you do business.

The drinks are bad and expensive as hell. The restaurant's operation is very poor.

Ordering on the Katinat app always takes a long time, and you always have to go to the store to confirm before they make it. I don't know what the purpose of the ordering function on this app is. Making the water takes a long time, waiting long enough to take a nap, the staff stands around joking, not trying to work fast, the staff looks really chill =)) please reconsider this for me

The shop is as empty as Ba Danh's pagoda, 3 staff on shift stand chatting very chill, each person has one task looking very efficient but making 2 drinks takes 20 minutes. They treat customers like ghosts. Service is very bad. Shift at 12h on January 25. The manager should review the working style of the staff and the shift supervisor.
