Just an other hidden gem filed with flavor and authenticity. The pork skewers were really flavourful. And the leaf wrapped beef is a must try. They also sell beer which is nice.
Meats grilled to perfection for refreshing and juicy wraps, chicken feet with the perfect char! If we didn’t already have dinner plans we would’ve ordered so much more. Only 100k VND for 10 skewers, chicken feet and a soda. Such good value, but also just the best skewer’s we’ve had. So glad we went out of our way just to try. Could not recommend enough, the definition of a hidden gem!
So so sooo good!! One of the best skewers i’ve had by a long shot. You get ingredients to make spring rolls as well, such a great meal & experience. Would highly highly recommend!!
Good food and great prices!
I've been eating here for years, and the taste is still the same. A street-side eatery, suitable for summer. They sell various grilled skewers, grilled stingray, grilled pork ears... cheap prices. Dipped with fermented anchovy sauce but a bit sweet. The pickled vegetables served with grilled skewers are very delicious. Unlimited fresh herbs. You should come here around 5-6 PM to have many dishes to choose from.
A budget-friendly but delicious BBQ eatery, the meat is not dry. The seasoning is just right, they grill and sell at the same time so it doesn't get cold. Other dishes are just average (mixed jackfruit...). 100k per person is filling, very worth trying.
Went to eat, spent 135k, asked for a bowl of dipping sauce, the staff said you need to order at least 10 skewers of grilled meat to get the fermented fish sauce, with 5 skewers there's no fermented fish sauce, ugh so am I supposed to eat 5 sticks of dirt?
The marinated food is quite sweet, the eatery is crowded and mainly self-service. The quality is okay for the price.
Last year I ate here twice, the meat was fatty, not like the grilled skewers in the North, and quite burnt. Today my friend invited me to eat again, the quality of the skewers has improved, the fat is moderate and the meat is grilled more evenly, and the food comes out very quickly even though the restaurant is crowded. But the ears and nose were too dry and burnt a lot. One limitation is that ordering 1 skewer only comes with 1 small plate of vegetables, and the restaurant doesn't have extra vegetables, so it's easy to get sick of it.
Grilled skewers by Co Hanh... extremely delicious, cheap 6k/skewer... sitting on the sidewalk, near Dai Viet College... a very tasty grill eatery... very student-friendly prices... average 50k/person
Delicious, cheap, quality is very ok 🥰
The pork skewers here were all cooked to perfection, and the meat was succulent, juicy and flavourful. The marinade was simple but effective, and it really brought out the taste of the meat. The skewers came with a side dish of fresh vegetables and a small dish of pickled cabbage. Mắm nêm was served as a accompanying dipping sauce, but I have never been a fan of this type of sauce so I usually bring my homemade sauce every time I come here. I also ordered two more dishes named Lòng Nướng (Grilled Pork Intestine) and Tai Mui Nướng (Grilled Pig's Ears). I was impressed with all the food at this eatery as they are delicious with reasonable prices. Check out this skewer stall if you are looking for a quick and tasty meal. Be sure to arrive early when it is just opened (around 4:30 PM) since it could be crowded during peak hours.
Let me introduce to everyone my cheapest grill house in Da Nang 🤩😝 A combo of 10 skewers for only 60k, so cheap, no one can beat Ms. Hanh. Plus, it comes with free vegetables, pickles, and homemade kimchi. The most addictive thing is probably the dipping sauce, which is moderately seasoned here; add a little chili and it's amazing. It was so good that I had to order more pig ears and stingray to complete the set for a review for everyone lol. The pig ears are sliced thin, mostly the crunchy part, just my style; the fish portions are smaller than other places, but for me, that's okay because I still eat many other dishes. Share this, and with just 100k, you'll be full to the brim 😚 This place is probably no stranger to the youth around Dai Viet College and Skyline area, right? The shop is right across from Dai Viet College; at first, the map showed a different location, making me go around, but now you just need to follow this address to get to the right shop. They start receiving customers around 4 PM, so take advantage of sunny days to visit quickly; it's an outdoor place, so if it rains, the owner takes a day off. I've taken photos of the menu and phone number, so if you're coming, call ahead to be sure 🥰🥰
The restaurant is very crowded. Airy and cool. The food is okay. I don't know about the food, but the drinking glass is not very hygienic.
I've eaten here many times. If you want it fast, you have to come early when the lady just opens. Otherwise, expect to wait 1-2 hours as normal. The marinated meat skewers are delicious, with plenty of side dishes like kimchi, vegetables, and rice paper. They also have chicken wings, chicken feet, stingray, and snails. I usually eat the 6k skewers. Stingray is 80k depending on the size that day.
Super delicious
I went there based on the ratings and saw the essence of local food. I recommend it to those who are brave.
