The shop is designed with an open layout, making excellent use of natural light, creating a spacious and comfortable feeling. This is a wonderful place to start a new day or find a peaceful corner to work. To improve further, I think the shop could invest in updating the menu more frequently with seasonal drinks or new types of pastries to retain regular customers. Integrating Tuneast will help Hoa Nắng Coffee create a unique music experience where customers can contribute to a shared playlist. This not only increases interaction but also helps the shop better understand customers' music preferences, thereby creating an even more relaxing and engaging atmosphere.
