Highlands Coffee- Vincom Đà Nẵng

Arrived at the pickup location, read the order clearly out loud, the staff said to wait a moment clearly. Waited 10 minutes but saw the order was done but didn't see them read the order for the driver to pick up, nor did they swipe to complete the order on the app. Waited until I asked if the order was ready, then they asked again about the delivery and even said, 'You have to read the order to know' ??? Do you have a hearing problem? Then why pay staff if they can't even do the simple task of reading the order after it's done? I arrived, read it, sat down and waited, then they made the dish, not that the dish was ready before I arrived, so why say as if I didn't read the order and they wouldn't release the order?? Read it a second time and they still said they just read the order code. Working for a big company yet hiring staff like this.

The eatery is crowded, there's no air conditioning, it's terribly hot. The eatery faces east, has glass windows, so you should get a fan.

Meeting this team early in the morning would ruin the workday mood. Already noted when ordering, but the staff didn't do it right; when reminded, they had a bad attitude. In a tourist destination, having such an attitude is a loss. Haven't even had a drink yet, but encountering such an attitude is disappointing. Spending billions on a franchise but training staff like this is a failure.

Customers were sitting and drinking, but the staff pulled chairs and tables rudely! The staff moved the fan to another table with only one customer, while my table had three customers, acting as if they wanted to chase us away, making loud noises with the tables and chairs without any apology. Attitude...

Located on the first floor of Vincom Plaza, the atmosphere is good and the coffee tastes good too. The staff is friendly. They even mix in some Korean^^

The staff are really*100 kind, making it a very pleasant place. On weekends, while waiting in line to order, one person comes out in advance to take orders and brings out simple chairs, showing a lot of care. If you look at the tumblers and cups, they respond immediately. The diligent and kind Highlands people are really great.

It's fine to go except on weekends. There's not much difference in taste from beans, and convenience stores also sell canned coffee-...

There are many people, but the facility itself is very narrow, so it's hard to even drink coffee..ㅠ

They don't accept Korean won or US dollars, so you need to prepare Vietnamese money. The Vietnamese coffee at the top of the menu and the lotus tea were delicious.

Highlands Coffee Vincom Da Nang is a familiar destination whenever I need a quiet space to work or meet friends. The drinks are always of good quality; I especially like the golden lotus tea and green tea freeze – the flavor is consistently good every time I visit. The shop space is clean, cool, and airy, very convenient as it is located right on the ground floor of Vincom. The staff are friendly and serve quickly, even when crowded, they maintain a cheerful attitude. Very satisfied and will return many more times!

Coffee and cakes are very delicious, the staff are enthusiastic, especially Nhat Vy and Thao Nguyen as well as other staff, the location is very prime and convenient, the decoration is beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Thank you very much, Highland Coffee.

I ordered cookies & cream, too much ice, and on top of that, the crushed ice wasn't fine, I couldn't swallow it because the ice was still in small chunks. The drink was watery and didn't have the distinctive flavor like I've had at other locations. I took the first sip and got goosebumps because it hurt both my teeth and throat. Extremely disappointed.

The restaurant has a relatively spacious atmosphere. Suitable for sitting with friends or partners. In the morning, it's a bit hot because the sun shines directly into the restaurant. The staff are enthusiastic.

On February 28 at 1:49 PM, I ordered and encountered a female cashier staff member who seemed very disgruntled and had a bad attitude towards customers. The service attitude of the staff should be reviewed.

I had a very good experience here. The staff were super enthusiastic and lovely. The drinks came out very quickly and were made exactly as I requested, so I found them very delicious and to my taste. 100/10 points!!!! Excellent
