No duck, no Chicken, no pork, no cabbage …. They said it was busy but it was only half full at 6pm on Friday. Ordered beef noodles - never came Husband ordered many dishes- told no food left Ordered Beef with greens- only 5 thin pieces of beef - JOKE Ordered Tea - not arrived when asked twice World class hotel, extremely bad experience . Not first time. We came day before as only two restaurants in the Massive hotel…. Same problem. Staff just said - nothing they can do. Go to another restaurant… WOW- what sticking service !! 0/10 Atmosphere was dead!
Absolutely terrible! We ordered Siu Mai, when it arrived the roe on top had gone bad and smelt off. The staff before even smelling it or taking it back to the kitchen tell us it's meant to be like this. I lived in Hong Kong for 20 years I know what Siu Mai is meant to taste and smell like. The staff's name was Sakura. I then pointed out that the menu's photo showed 4 pieces of Siu Mai and when it turned up there were only 3 pieces and we were 4 people making the whole situation very awkward. Sakura's reply was that at this restaurant the standard is 3 pieces. Instead of acknowledging a discrepancy in the quantity and not clearly writing in the menu she tells me this is how it is. I told her that it's actually misleading. I then ask for the manager and she says he was off today. The scallion cake has no scallion. Picture attached. Overall the service was unbelievably bad for a supposed 5 star hotel. The staff have not been trained.
The dim sum was very authentic, comparable to Hong Kong standards. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we ordered was excellent. The scallion pancake could have been better but I'm not complaining as that is not really a dim sum item anyway. The restaurant is located at the Crowne Plaza Hotel by the beach (make sure you go to the correct one as there's another Crowne Plaza in the city). Service was impeccable! Staff also speaks Mandarin.
One of the WORST Dim Sum and A La Carte menu ... They have hardly a full Dim Sum menu with horrible quality dishes, the stir fried beef kway teow (pho) has low grade beef and super oily pho. How can a restaurant like this be in a 5-star rated hotel premises? 🤦♀️

All dishes are absolutely delicious! The Chinese chef cooks authentically, there are private rooms for groups of guests, it is the most delicious and polite Chinese restaurant in Da Nang!

Harbor Restaurant Magnificent lobby (Group table dishes, price unclear) Shrimp is good, first fried then cooked, can eat with shell Steamed giant grouper is huge Roast duck is a bit greasy, but there is a two-way roast duck Cantonese chow mein is good The flavor is on the heavy side, but Taiwanese friends should be able to adapt to the cooking methods.
