Sạch sẽ. Nằm ngay tòa nhà trùn tâm hành chính thành phố. Có chỗ đậu xe thoải mái. Giá tùe 55.000 cho tô nhỏ. Nhỏ ở đây là phải 1 người lớn bình thường ăn mới hết. Còn tô lớn 65.000 thì thêm chút ít bánh phở và thịt. Nên gọi 1 tô thập cẩm ăn sẽ ngon hơn. Quán kèm 1 bánh quẩy. Tỏi ngâm chua cắt lát sẵn. Đặc biệt nước trà uống ở đây sẽ có ly riêng, ai uống xong là quán đem đi rửa luôn thay ly mới.

Cơ sở vật chất thì xuống cấp (wc hôi, máy nước nóng thì như giọt cà phê,...) Nói chung cái Home Stay đc mỗi nhân viên + bé cún.
