The view of the restaurant is TOP-NOTCH overlooking the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang, the love lock bridge. The prime location couldn't be more beautiful. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and the food/drinks are up to Highlands standards. The staff are attentive and thoughtful. Note: If you come to watch the Dragon breathe fire, you should arrive early to ensure you still have a table.

Disgusting place, terrible staff, they make tasteless coffee

The security guard is enthusiastic and kind-hearted. We didn't plan to go in, but he smiled warmly so we decided to go in! 10k service fee. Definitely come back.

The shop makes drinks without measuring or something, but it's extremely sweet, burns the throat. I asked for more tea and ice to add, but it was negligible. The wifi is laggy. There's a new seasonal drink, ordered size L, got scratched but the cashier didn't notify. The cashier also didn't proactively accumulate points for customers. The rest of the service staff were good.

I have never been to Highlands and felt annoyed by the service of the order staff like tonight (18/12/2025). I ordered the item as shown in the picture, you asked if I wanted to add a layer of cream, I said "no" then I reconsidered and said "yes", you said the bill was already processed. OK that's fine, but recently I went to two other stores when I ordered and paid, the staff asked me if I wanted to COLLECT POINTS or not. But this female staff, when taking the order, i.e., when asking if I wanted to add a layer of cream, immediately processed the bill, she was very rushed, I couldn't say anything. If at that moment you had a cheerful attitude, the fact that you processed the bill immediately or didn't ask if I wanted to collect points would really not be a problem for me, and I would be happy, but because of your attitude from the beginning, you didn't even smile at the customer, you were so tense while taking the order! My friend who was with me also noticed that (At that time, only me and my friend were ordering, no customers behind). I hope the Tran Hung Dao store reviews this staff, because in the counter there was another female staff and the male staff who opened the door greeted customers, and the security guard was very enthusiastic, only the order staff I found not good!

If I could rate 100 stars, I would give it right away because the service and problem-solving skills of the lady in the black uniform (I think she is the manager) are extremely tactful.

Business is too disappointing. Ordered an hour ago, not delivered yet, canceled the order. This has happened many times.

The restaurant space is comfortable, easy to sit and work or meet friends. The service staff is stable, the drinks are familiar and consistent. Suitable for regular visits.

Highlands is no longer unfamiliar. I often visit and like the drinks here. - The drinks are still good. - The staff are enthusiastic. - The space is airy and spacious.

Staff not allowed

This morning I ordered a sugar-free Phindi almond but it didn't come with the usual almond syrup (other branches previously kept the syrup or asked customers if they wanted to keep it because the syrup is inherently sweet). I ordered this because I wanted the almond flavor, but what I received was just coffee and fresh milk... Additionally, the staff gave me incorrect change. Perhaps the cash register had no small change, and they should have asked the customer, but they didn't. I usually don't leave reviews, but with two mistakes in the same experience this morning, I'm quite disappointed. I like Highlands' coffee, and for such a big brand, I hope the service quality will improve.

In the morning, sip a cup of coffee while watching the Dragon Bridge. Spacious space. Airy. The cool weather is really nice.

You should order a phin di hạnh nhân + milk cream, which suits your taste and is usually the drink when coming to Highlands. For breakfast, add breadsticks and croissant here.

The water retrieval is quite fast, the water is still as good as other locations, staff is cute.

Loud music, really okay, but if you want to sit and work, it's very hard to concentrate

On Sunday morning, I see too many people bringing outside breakfast items like wet rice pancakes, soup, and sticky rice into the eatery. I suggest that anyone who brings them in should go to the outdoor seats to eat.

There is an air-conditioned room inside and a spacious space, with a view of the Love Bridge and Dragon Bridge outside.
