Really Bad & Disappointed Dining Experience here! (BEWARE) Upon reaching the restaurant, we were led to the aquarium to choose what seafood we wanted. Once picking our seafood, we requested if the fish could be done as sweet and sour but they mentioned they would only cooked in one method which was steamed. We ordered a total of 5 dishes which includes fish, prawns, omelette, pork ribs and fried rice. While being seated, we were told that there would be a service for peeling shrimp which we were happy about it. However, our dish took about 15-20mins each which was quite slow despite having only 2 tables of customers. The first dish that arrived being served was the prawn dish but they didn't bother to peel the prawn for us. Instead, they served the dish and sat next to our table and took a nap instead which i find unprofessional. After all dishes was served, we asked for the bill for our food. When we received our bill, it shows the total of 2,387,000 VND which we paid to them and waiting for our change. To our surprise, they came over and provided with another receipt showing 2,626,250 VND which they charged us another 10% and when we asked why is there extra 10%, they couldn't answer our question. So, we translate it ourself and found out it was for service tax. We were very disappointed with their service as there are no genuine staff service from them as we only saw them sleeping next to our table. We also felt that they are not being professional as they gave us an explanation stating that the staff gave us the wrong receipt. We felt that we were being scammed as they made us pay another extra 10%. When we left the restaurant, one of the staff started shouting/cussing behind our back which brings more disappointment as they way they treat customers. To everyone who plans to dine in here, please be aware of this restaurant. Also we found out that there are certain customer who dine in at this restaurant were not being charged 10% service tax while there are others who were also being charged like us. Felt like this is a tourist trap. Once again, Be Careful!
