Japanese Tea Cafe Senchasou is a gem imbued with Japanese culture in the heart of Da Nang. The shop's space is elegantly designed, bringing a sense of purity and tranquility, very suitable for enjoying traditional tea ceremonies. The teas here are all of high quality, skillfully brewed, offering distinctive flavors and a unique experience. Attentive and professional service is also a big plus. A small point that could be improved is providing more detailed information about the types of tea and tea ceremony etiquette for new customers so they can gain a deeper understanding of this culture. With a space full of Zen atmosphere like Senchasou, integrating Tuneast to play gentle, melodious instrumental music could help customers fully immerse themselves in a relaxing space and cultural experience.
Reception staff selling tickets to other tourist attractions at high prices affects the business, so they should be dismissed from the hotel. It doesn't bring much profit but harms the hotel's common interests. The issue of selling tickets and consulting for other tourist attractions outside Mikazuki's model needs to be eliminated.
Cafe on the 4th floor of Onsen Mikazuki sells drinks at higher prices than the listed prices on the menu and does not give bills to customers. Be careful to check the price before paying and always ask for the bill!
