Big Cafe with comfortable (full-size) chairs and tables. A variety of seating types (garden, air conditioned room). A big children's play area. Clean restroom. Fast service. Delicious and large sinh to blueberry. Adjacent to a car wash. Will return.
The shop is beautiful, clean, located on a main road for convenience, the play area is clean with air conditioning and is suitably spacious, the drinks are delicious, drink prices range from 15k - 20k - 40k, play area ticket prices are 25-30k

Space: + Green, airy. However, many areas are somewhat run-down, mainly maintenance of greenery, space on the ground floor. + There is a fish pond in the middle. There is a children's play area with many toys. The restroom is decent. - There is an air-conditioned room but it is not turned on, the door is not closed (probably waiting for someone to ask), people sitting inside still smoke as if outside. - Open space so many people smoke, but because it's airy, it's a bit better 🥲 Drinks: Staff make drinks quickly, quality is reasonable for the price. Play area price: weekdays 30, weekends 35

Coffee and drinks are the same as everywhere. The staff is pleasant. There is a children's play area for 25 K up to a meter in height, and if taller, then 30 K. Quite clean inside, there are slides, cars, an inflatable trampoline.
