Delicious thick noodle soup
Dirty restaurant, after seeing it I felt like vomiting and couldn't continue eating, and it was right on the chopsticks and spoons, all hair everywhere.
It's more delicious than the other side.
I chose full toppings, delicious.
A favorite eatery, so delicious no need to argue
Mixed banh canh 3/5 - The broth is quite oily, so I didn't dare eat much. The main issue is that this broth reduces the appetite. - The fish cake is average, not much fish flavor, lacking chewiness. - The fermented pork roll is basic, but it feels out of place. - The meat bones and quail eggs are also basic. The owner is very polite 5/5. There is plenty of seating, but the interior doesn't look very airy or clean, mainly due to the arrangement of items and old walls, giving a slightly dim feeling.
Da Nang field-style thick noodle soup (bánh canh ruộng) is a rustic dish rich in Central Vietnamese flavors, leaving diners longing for more after their first taste. Da Nang field-style thick noodle soup stands out with its chewy, soft noodles and clear, sweet broth. Those who prefer a chewy texture can order tapioca starch noodles (bánh canh bột lọc), while those who don't can opt for wheat flour noodles (bánh canh bột mỳ). Locals also add rice flour noodles (bánh canh bột gạo). A mixed bowl for 45,000 VND includes braised bones, combined with fish cake, pork bones, quail eggs, beef cake, scallions, and fragrant onions. Though not elaborate, field-style thick noodle soup has a special appeal thanks to its honest flavors, affordable prices, and friendly service.
Tapioca banh canh is delicious, fish and fish cake are okay. If you can't eat chewy noodles, you should eat wheat noodles, it will be better.
The noodle soup from Ha Thi Than's side transferred over. The food is still okay, but the eatery is a bit old.
Can't understand, while eating I found a whole fly in the bowl, the eatery is so unhygienic
You need to choose "Đặc Biệt" (full topping)👍👍👍👍👍👍 and they are always very busy with delivery...
All dishes are tasty and quite familiar to European taste. Essentially, it's a canteen for everyday food. The base is noodle soup, and you can choose toppings (meat, fish, ham...). The only thing that might not appeal to some is the red-pink fermented sausage, which has a rather sour taste.
The noodle soup shop I've been eating at since 2007, nearly 20 years, the flavor is still as good as before, affordable prices. There are many dishes for everyone to choose from!
Bánh canh is also cheap, right on Lê Văn Hưu Street
Delicious, reasonable price. 25k gets 3 big pieces of spring roll, 1 piece of fish
The banh canh here is quite delicious and the price is cheap too 😝
A dish that I had to come back two or three times in a row because it was so delicious, the banh canh noodles are made from wheat flour so they are chewy and tasty without being mushy, the topping of mackerel and fish cake is rich in flavor.
The clear tapioca noodle soup is very delicious. A full topping bowl as shown is 45k.
The old-style rice noodle soup shop I used to eat at for many years, from my student days to when I worked in Da Nang, was located opposite Le Quy Don High School (Now the original shop has moved to 87 Le Van Huu, the shop opposite Le Quy Don is no longer the same, everyone). I've been away from Da Nang for a few years, and later the shop changed its address twice, so I couldn't eat there anymore. Now I've finally found it again, and when I arrived and met the familiar owner, I knew it was the same shop from the old days with the flavor I love. I don't usually like rice noodle soup, but after eating here, I got addicted🥰. Everyone, when eating rice noodle soup, remember to find the original shop for the best taste.
The noodle soup shop is very delicious, clean, and has many topping choices. This shop has been open for quite a long time and is famous in Da Nang, with many locals and tourists coming here. The prices are very reasonable.
It seems this is the original shop. Also delicious. Less colorful than the shop on Ha Thi Than Street. Everyone can visit and support the shop.
The eatery has flies buzzing like bees. Terrifying The food is bad. Once is enough, never again 🤦
1 special bowl, 1 fried dough stick, and 1 something cake for only 55k 👍 …
This eatery is the field-style noodle soup shop opposite Le Quy Don school that relocated :D when you eat it, you'll immediately recognize the flavor from the old days.
