Visited on March 12, 2026 with my 4-year-old daughter. You have to pay an entrance fee of 50,000 VND, which I guess is on the higher-side for Da Nang. The staff all seemed bored and all except one was on their phone. There were random toys strewn about and everything seemed a bit old and worn. Also, both my daughter and I used the restroom and there was a distinct sewer gas smell and no hand towels or hand dryer anywhere to be found. Also, the kid's sink was out of hand soap. There was random hair in the drain as well near the toilet. It left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The food was above average for a kid's cafe, but the experience left me unimpressed and don't think I'll be back.
After going around almost the entire city, this is probably the best kids cafe we have been to. It is especially great for parents who do not want to constantly follow their kid around. The layout makes it easy to see your child most of the time, with no blind spots that feel unsafe, even for much younger kids. There are no areas that really feel dangerous. The only thing worth noting is the steel slide, but it already lands in the ball pit. The only real risk would be a kid tripping in the ball pit and bumping into it, which is pretty standard for ball pit slides everywhere anyway. It is definitely not the biggest kids cafe in the city, but the size is a plus for a parent who don't wanna go around following their kid. Food and drinks are very decent, and we actually order food here, unlike many other places where we usually just get drinks. Pricing is the main thing that might make other kids cafes feel more competitive, since Namto charges by the hour while others offer a one time fee. That said, they do have a promo combo with a one time payment if you buy food for your kid. This is actually a good deal if you plan to stay longer than an hour, and as mentioned, the food is solid. The chairs are also comfortable and work well if you want to bring a laptop and get some work done while your kid plays. After visiting almost every kids cafe we could find on Google Maps, this is easily one of our favorites in the city.

Very cute, affordable cafe with many different play areas - kitchen, supermarket, dress up area, ball pit - enough to fill our nearly 3-year old daughter with joy. It’s not the cleanest, and some of the toys are worn but it’s a nice way to spend a morning away from rain or heat if you’re tired of the beach.

Good way for young children to spend a couple of hours in rainy weather. Plenty of space and activities to keep the children entertained. Drinks were pleasantly nice and affordable. Had the egg coffee, brown coffee and kumquat drink. Did not manage to try the food since it was after lunch.

First time experiencing a kids cafe (人 •͈ᴗ•͈) ... It doesn't look like much to me, but kids really like it.
Terrible, the price is too high compared to the quality, the space is small and cramped, the kids have no toys to play with and have to snatch them back and forth, the drinks are not good, they force each adult to buy a drink and buy a ticket for children, that's fine, but here if you play for more than 1 hour you have to pay extra, first time seeing a place like this, first time also last time, spending that amount of money you can play at many better places in Da Nang, when paying the bill there were many people as angry as me, really ridiculous.
The restaurant is suitable for families with young children to relax on weekends. The food and drinks are average, not too outstanding but still easy to eat and suitable for most tastes. The price is at a medium level compared to the general market, so it is quite reasonable. However, the play area for children is limited, with few toys, many of which are old, and the facilities show signs of deterioration. If the restaurant invests in improving this area, the experience would be more complete.
The space is small but suitable for families. Overall, the restaurant looks a bit old, but the staff keep it clean; if possible, it should be renovated to make the space newer. The food and drinks are tasty. The staff also take care of customers enthusiastically. If I have the chance, I will come back.

Namto Premium Kids Cafe Hai Chau is an ideal destination for families with young children. The cafe's space is elegantly designed with soft pastel colors, combined with a spacious and clean play area, ensuring safety for children to freely explore. Parents can comfortably enjoy their drinks while easily keeping an eye on their kids. The menu is diverse with many appealing dishes and drinks, suitable for children's tastes. One area for improvement is that the music volume can sometimes be a bit loud, affecting the relaxation of parents and children. Namto Premium Kids Cafe can optimize the sound experience by using Tuneast to flexibly adjust the volume and create playlists suitable for different times of the day, making the space more harmonious and pleasant for all family members.
The shop is right in the center, though small, but the play area is arranged in a straight line, making it easy to watch children. Drinks and food are tastier than other places, and the young staff are gentle. Although the prices are high, after one hour it's charged by the minute, and the food is pricey but of good quality. Even though I've been to many play areas, Namto is still the shop I visit most often based on the criteria of delicious, small, and clean.
A small, cute shop, not too crowded with children, so you can play comfortably. The drinks are very delicious. The toys are old, but the staff still keep them clean 👍🏻 Will come back and hope the shop replaces the toys in the kitchen area and the food-shaped plushies with new ones, that would be okay 🫶🏻
The shop is cute, clean, new, and the air conditioning is cool, however the price is calculated by the hour (weekends 60k/hour), drinks and food are charged separately (about over 50k/dish), and the playing space is small with few games, so the price feels a bit high.

It was very quiet on weekdays, and I spent a comfortable 2 hours in a small, cozy place. The chicken was a bit salty.
A bit few toys but the space is just right, safe for children to play freely, especially for little ones who don't need too much supervision from parents. The food and drinks are delicious.
On the morning of the 21st, I came to experience the place. The staff at the counter were too noisy. It's supposed to be a play area for children, but all I could hear were the staff laughing and talking to each other. I hope the shop will improve this situation so that everyone can have a better experience of the shop's service.

Didn't like it. The price is probably one of the highest in the city - 60k per hour, usually in other gaming places it's unlimited. Inside is not particularly clean, the gaming areas are small for such a price, and quite modest. The cafe area is also small. We were there during 'rush hour' and there was little space. It's nice that there is food, and it's not just deep-fried fast food, but there are options of normal dishes suitable for children. The taste is average, some dishes are very successful, some are not. Portions are small. There are plenty of cocktails, teas, smoothies, etc. in the establishment. Overall impressions - average. Unlikely to return, as there are much more interesting rooms in the city, like ABC within walking distance.
