As a 'fan' member of the shop for 2 years, the cakes and drinks are always consistent, both for dine-in and takeaway. However, the parking issue at the shop is not good; every time I come, I have to struggle to find a parking spot (I have to rearrange the motorbikes to make space), and the same goes for when I leave. The shop should arrange a staff member to be on duty at the parking area to assist with parking and keeping the bikes, so that customers have a better experience when visiting.

I come to this shop very often, I must say I'm a regular customer. I have compliments that the drinks are good, the space is comfortable and motivating for studying. But there is one thing that is not good, even an essential point that makes up the shop: the lack of quietness. The shop still hasn't thoroughly addressed the issue of disorderly customers; it's really very noisy, I can't concentrate, and the shop still hasn't fixed it. I take the liberty of sending pictures of those noisy people (because honestly, this group is always annoying, like being at a market), and I hope they see and become aware of their behavior. I don't know if you are rich, poor, older than me, or what your social status is. But clearly your actions are really very inconsiderate and nosy; if you want to be noisy, go sit at a coffee shop, please don't be here. I hope the owner cares and respects other customers with these small things; for noisy customers, give them a microphone to stand in the middle of the shop and sing, so everyone knows how annoying they are. Please fix it, I really love the shop, seeing the staff go remind them makes me feel extremely sorry for them. Best regards!

I think the shop needs to check the quality of the drinks again. I used to enjoy the matcha latte here, but after 2 months I came back and the quality has clearly declined. The matcha is whisked very bitter, even though I ordered oat milk, the bitterness of the matcha still overpowers the oat flavor. I don't know if the shop changed to a different type of matcha or if the staff didn't whisk it properly, sigh. I hope next time I come, I can still enjoy a good matcha like before 🍵
