20 minutes wait to get a latte. Ridiculous.
Try dining in here once. We ordered 2 iced coffees and hung out there for an hour. By the way, their banh mi is small but delicious. The coffee is good and the place is comfortable, but some of the customers are not well mannered. Their children scream and run around the cafe, and their parents order GrabFood from other restaurants and throw their trash on the floor.
It's been more than half an hour and they haven't finished making 2 glasses of water yet.
The eatery is located in the Azuza building right next to the Han River Bridge. It is small, with an upper floor and a garden yard. The place is quite quiet, mostly tourists and foreign customers. In the morning or at dusk, sitting in the garden or on the second floor, you can view the Han River and people passing by. Drinks follow standard recipes, prices are almost unchanged across the system. There are pastries and breadsticks. The decoration style is quite simple, modern. Parking is quite difficult to find because it is located right on the tourist route, near hotels and Wincom, so many service vehicles are waiting for customers.
If I'm not mistaken, every time I order Highland delivery, it comes in a paper bag with a cardboard cup holder inside to prevent spills. This morning, I ordered from HL Azura to be delivered to my company. When the Grab driver delivered it, I felt sorry looking at the two cups. I don't understand how HL could send them out so bare like this, especially since it was delivered by motorbike, not a car, so aren't they afraid of the drinks spilling due to bumps?
Good drip coffee. Drink here every day. You should try.

I often buy Highlands with vouchers. Usually, at other branches, they ask if I want to use the remaining voucher balance to buy pastries or something. But at Azura, I bought a bill of 165k and there was still leftover money. I said to wait a moment to see if there were any pastries, but the staff immediately printed the bill and handed it to me. Maybe they didn't hear me, but they didn't even ask if I needed anything before printing?! If I wanted to buy more, the voucher would no longer be applicable :)
Staff attitude is not good🥰
I think it's better than Starbucks when comparing price and taste. Compared to the Highlands I went to in Hoi An, there was a difference in service attitude, but maybe that's because I got takeout? It was great because it cost less than 20,000 won for 4 cups.
The space is quite cramped and dark.
Ordered through the Shopee app but there are no drinking utensils, so what's the point of drinking? Not worth the money, no way to contact.
Ordered houjicha size M, told the staff to remove the mochi for me, but it still came out the same :))
Stable. Busy but not too noisy. Staff helped arrange seating. Drinks are okay.
Never seen a Highland base as dirty as this one. The customers aren't that many, but the staff leaves tables and chairs messy, not cleaning up after previous customers. Unacceptable😡😡😡

On June 29, 2025, I went at 9:15 PM. I had seen a post about the buy 1 get 1 promotion at Highlands, so I went to drink. In the morning, when I went to drink, there was a very enthusiastic staff member who said there was a buy 1 get 1 offer. But suddenly tonight, when I came, another staff member said there was no buy 1 get 1 promotion. This staff member's attitude was very indifferent and they did not work well. Naturally, since I saw the program, I still went to drink, but when I arrived and asked, this staff member acted as if they didn't know about the program at all, making me take a screenshot of the promotion, whereas the staff member in the morning just did it without needing any screenshot.
