I was given a voucher for "rolled pork bt" so I came to try it. I felt the pork was quite delicious, fresh, clean, the dipping sauce was tasty but a bit sweet, the fresh vegetables had some kind of vegetable that smelled like sarsaparilla, which was interesting to eat. This place doesn't have mango but has pickled vegetables, okay good. The grilled pork steamed rice rolls were delicious, the marinated meat was fragrant, I will definitely come back.
If you come to Da Nang and want to enjoy banh trang cuon thit heo (rice paper rolls with pork), Am Thuc Hoang Tin is a must-visit. Located on Nguyen Van Thoai Street, this restaurant is famous for its unique flavor and friendly service. I just had the chance to stop by and was truly impressed with the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The eatery stands out with its characteristic plate of wild vegetables, including many types of fresh vegetables carefully selected, and even some vegetables transported from Tay Ninh to Da Nang to ensure freshness. The mam nem (fermented fish sauce) at Hoang Tin is also a highlight, made from mackerel and prepared according to a family recipe, delivering a rich, irresistible flavor. As for the rolled meat dishes, the restaurant serves various types of meat. I ordered one plate of pork with two layers of skin, one plate of pork leg meat, and one portion of banh uot thit quay (steamed rice rolls with roasted pork). Each dish is meticulously prepared, allowing diners to fully enjoy the delicious, tender flavor of the meat. The restaurant's space is cozy, very suitable for family or friend gatherings. The staff is enthusiastic and professional, making the dining experience here even more complete. If you have the chance to visit Da Nang, I recommend you try the banh trang cuon thit heo at Hoang Tin. This is not only a delicious dish but also a part of a memorable Da Nang culinary experience.
The food here looks clean and tastes good, fresh vegetables and arranged very scientifically, not mixed up randomly like other eateries. Staff are polite. The shop has photos of artists and celebrities coming here to eat, so it's quite interesting. The price is also reasonable.
Rice paper is okay, fermented fish sauce is well-balanced. The vegetables served are a bit crushed, so I only give 4 stars. Service is a bit slow, but the staff are friendly and have a good attitude. The eatery is on the main road, easy to find. The space is not too large, and it's usually quite crowded during meal times.
While researching which pork steamed rice rolls eatery is delicious to go eat, I saw that this place is highly rated, so I came to try it out. The restaurant has 2 floors; although it was 1:30 PM, there were quite a lot of customers. The two of us went, so we only ordered 1 portion of steamed rice rolls wrapped with pork belly and 1 portion of fresh spring rolls. What I liked most was the plate of fresh herbs—fresh, delicious, and huge; the fermented fish sauce smelled so fragrant. You take a piece of sun-dried rice paper, sandwich it with a piece of steamed rice roll, then pork belly, then fresh herbs, then shredded papaya and carrot... roll it into a big roll and dip it in a bowl of fragrant fermented fish sauce. Thinking about it, I still crave it. Definitely will come back next time. Oh, and an extra 10 points for the restaurant's thoughtfulness: the staff, passing by and seeing that the customers had almost finished the steamed rice rolls and rice paper, brought more on their own without the customers having to ask.
The pork rice paper is delicious, but the portion is a bit small. The service attitude of the staff is not very satisfactory. If you come to Da Nang, remember to stop by and eat pork rice paper hihi 🥴🥴

I went with 6 people and ordered the items as on the bill: Meat: okay, cut a bit thin, actually no, it's very thin Vegetables: excellent, full of flavors, abundant and very large, you can order more. I liked the vegetable platter the most. Dipping sauce: delicious Service: fast, gentle Price: mid-range OVERALL 4.5/5
The restaurant has multiple floors, air-conditioned seating, and serves both group and individual customers very well. The spring rolls always come with a huge, super fresh platter of raw vegetables, especially basil to eat as much as you like. The price is reasonable for restaurant standards, and the food is also very delicious.

I am a traveler and came here because the restaurant has high reviews. The restaurant is cool and clean, the staff is lovely. But I am really disappointed. 1 plate of spring rolls, 2 plates of meat and vegetables total 300k. The meat was dry, the dipping sauce was not tasty.
The food was so bad when I arrived and left the restaurant without a single customer. The fermented fish sauce was fishy and not tasty, the dipping sauce was bland. The Cao Lau was terribly hard. I couldn't enjoy any dish. The restaurant advertises heavily but the quality is too poor. I hope the restaurant improves its service quality instead of doing such seeding.

The dish of rice paper rolls with pork includes various herbs and bean sprouts served with rice paper rolls, prepared very impressively, fresh vegetables, delicious, and there are some wild vegetables with a special flavor that can only be found here. The fermented anchovy sauce served on the side is a bit too sweet. The meat is not impressive, a bit dry and crumbly. The menu has many dishes with many options.
Unprofessional service, food too expensive for the quality
The food is very fresh, the vegetable basket is clean and plentiful. I find that besides the rice paper rolls with pork, the grilled pork with vermicelli noodles is also quite delicious. You should try it.

Prices are higher than average but the food quality is not commensurate. The staff brought out the wrong dish, didn't apologize, and even blamed the customer for ordering wrong. Three stars honestly. Went to eat and brought along anger.
