I recently had a stay at the Novotel Da Nang. What I liked most was the housekeeping staff; they cleaned the rooms meticulously, kept everything spotless, and the rooms were very airy. Novotel Danang Premier Han River is a very convenient city hotel—about 15 minutes by car from the airport and around a 15-minute walk to Han Market. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent Han River access and views: you can simply cross the road and be right by the river. The staff were consistently friendly, and the room condition was good overall, so I would recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Danang or anyone who wants to explore the city on foot. As part of the Platinum member benefits, I was upgraded to a room facing toward the Thuan Phuoc Bridge area, with a wide open view of Danang Bay and the Son Tra Peninsula. The panoramic scenery—river, sea, and mountains—was even better than expected and made it easy to relax even while staying in the hotel. The gym was also spacious and well equipped, and working out in the morning while looking over the Han River was a great start to the day. Housekeeping and cleanliness were also very satisfactory. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. If the hotel could adjust the number and placement of sunbeds and add more greenery around the pool, it would feel even more comfortable for resting while enjoying the view. The Premier Lounge evening cocktails were excellent, and the Han River night view was a perfect way to end the day. The lounge staff always greeted guests with warm smiles and kind service—among the best I have experienced compared to other hotels. I was also touched to receive a birthday cake during my stay, even though I had not mentioned my birthday in advance. My sincere thanks to the lounge and reception teams. Overall, I truly appreciate all the staff for making my trip more memorable, and I hope to return again on my next visit to Danang.

I had a lovely dining experience at The Square in Novotel Danang. From the entrance, the staff were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist us. They were attentive, always listening and making every effort to enhance our dining experience. The restaurant has a calm and quiet atmosphere with a beautiful view overlooking the Han River – the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The food was also quite good, complementing the overall experience. A great choice in Danang for both service and ambiance!

I had a truly amazing morning at this five-star restaurant with an impressive breakfast. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, capturing my attention at first glance. The menu was incredibly diverse, offering everything from traditional Vietnamese dishes to a variety of European cuisine, catering to every taste. The beverage station was another highlight, featuring fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milk, and barista-style coffee – all delicious, visually appealing, and nutritious. Each drink was carefully crafted, both in flavor and presentation. What stood out most was the staff – friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and attentiveness contributed greatly to this high-class dining experience. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this wonderful place to my friends and family!

Romantic Valentine’s BBQ Buffet Experience

I had a wonderful time at the Valentine’s Day BBQ buffet. The atmosphere was perfect for couples, with romantic candlelight and flower decorations. The food was amazing—tender meats, fresh seafood, and delicious desserts specially prepared for the occasion. The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was a memorable evening, and I highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day!

Thank you for your clean facilities and kind hospitality. I traveled to Vietnam to celebrate my parents' birthday. There was a rooftop noise issue on the premium floor, but when I mentioned it was uncomfortable, you apologized in many ways and provided benefits to enjoy at the hotel along with improvements to this room (such as a 15% reduction in noise level). I was impressed not only by the apology but also by the measures taken and improvements made. All the staff were kind, and although the building is old, it was well maintained. The Ba Na Hills Wow Pass was especially great. I will definitely use Novotel on my next trip to Da Nang. Thanks to the kindness and hard work of all the staff, it was an unforgettable and happy trip. There are apartment and hotel-style rooms. If you come with family, simple dishes are available, and laundry service is available, so please take note. The staff service is good and the rooms are clean and well-organized. The Han River view is nice, and breakfast includes Vietnamese food as well as Korean dishes like gimbap. There is also an infinity pool on the 4th floor, so be sure to bring your swimsuit.

Breakfast I'm using while staying at Novotel! There are many varieties and it changes every day, and it's so delicious. I'm glad to see Korean food subtly as well. And all the staff, including "THAO" and "VINH", were kind and took good care of me, so I was able to finish my meal comfortably~~

I looked into many hotels, and Novotel seems to be the best among hotels in the city center of Da Nang. The facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, and the kindness of the staff. I stayed for 2 nights, but it was too regrettable, and I plan to book again next time. In particular, the staff member Jennifer was so kind that she left a lasting impression, and thanks to her, I had a comfortable trip.

It's a satisfying hotel. It's close to the airport, and I liked that the breakfast had a good variety. There were menu items that suit Korean tastes, and the various coffees, drinks, breads, and fruits were delicious. The staff are very friendly. Eating while overlooking the Han River, the atmosphere was very nice.

The view of the city is the best. The staff are also flexible and good. Today it rained so I couldn't drink cocktails outside, but I wanted to have cocktails outside on a sunny day. It's a spot I want to visit again in Da Nang.

Easy access hotel with an entrance on 2 parallel streets. To be avoided for those who are light sleepers because of the skybar. Too bad the gym is not accessible all the time. Fortunately for walkers and runners, the quay is pleasant and quickly almost without vehicles. If I come back to Danang I will probably come back even if I was not thrilled by the executive lounge. A definite effort but not my style. Long waiting times for the elevator.

The service at Premier Lounge is really great, very professional and comfortable. The environment is clean and quiet, and the food and drinks are quite good. Special praise goes to Nancy, who is very warm and attentive, helped me a lot, and made the whole experience more relaxed and satisfying.

Combined with my birthday, I was well taken care of during the year-end and New Year holidays. The facility was very clean, and the kind staff made my trip enjoyable. The sheets are not changed daily, but if you request at the front desk, they will change them for free every day.

A nice hotel from the outside, offering a lovely view of the city when you are on the 14th floor. However, the reception hall looks like a train station and the ultra-noisy Chinese mass tourism at breakfast is quite special. Moreover, you quickly feel that the hotel staff, like Mrs. Thuong, primarily prioritize this type of clientele coming in groups. The rooms are small and not in very good condition. Breakfast offers far too many industrial products. Too bad for a 5-star establishment.

I left my iPad on a Vietnam Airlines flight and consulted the person in charge of the hotel lounge. They contacted various departments, and it was safely returned to me. Breakfasts for every taste. The view from the balcony is stunning. The staff is very attentive. I really want to come back.

The welcome and service were generally good; fortunately, the lounge receptionists were there to make up for the lack of goodwill from the concierge service and make our stay pleasant. --> We asked the concierge for an HDMI cable to connect my computer to the TV, and the response was: "No, we don't have that," and they hung up on me.. I then asked the lounge reception, and Rosa and Phuong managed to find one for me. Many thanks again to them for their kindness and professionalism. Particularities of my stay: I came for my birthday to attend the fireworks competition; the hotel's location and the room view were great, but a group prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. Breakfast service only until 9:30 a.m.; the restaurant and bar were privatized at certain times, forcing us to order room service. The room service meal was disastrous. The meal was cold and the steak undercooked... The only positive point was that the meal arrived on time. (I understand that the hotel may be busy and that not everything goes as usual, but the quality of a 5-star establishment should be consistent.) To future guests: if you are willing to pay a high price to be front row for the fireworks, Novotel Danang Premier Han River is a great option. However, it is far from the standards we know of the Accor group in this category of establishment.
