Unexpected good food when all we want is a dinner at the hotel due to heavy rain

The food at the hotel buffet was standard, and the service was reasonable. However, since it is a hotel buffet, it's understandable that there might be times when the service is slow or lacking when it's crowded. Every staff member at the restaurant was excellent.

Was nützt der super Service und das gepflegte Ambiente, wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt. Z.B. Entenbrust, als diese nicht erkennbar, ein paar Stückchen mit einem langem Stück unterteiltem Brokkoli und ein paar hauchdünnen Scheibchen rotem Rettich auf einen großen Teller. Das wars. Vietnamesische Küche??? Nie mals! Schmeckt nicht und unglaublich teuer. Restaurant immer leer. Warum wohl? Schade. Sch

Our dinner was on Christmas Day and on our honeymoon. Though a special day for the world, Van and Tran and their team made us feel this was our own special day and gave us a dining experience we will remember every Christmas to come. Thank you, Van. Thank you, Tran. Thank you Team Madame Son!

**Madame Son Restaurant**, nằm trong khuôn viên của Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa, là một nhà hàng cao cấp mang phong cách ẩm thực Việt hiện đại. Nhiều thực khách đánh giá cao thực đơn “Five Elements” – một set menu 5 món kết hợp khéo léo giữa hương vị truyền thống và sự sáng tạo hiện đại. Các món như ức vịt, sò điệp, nem cuốn và rượu vang được phục vụ trong không gian sang trọng, yên tĩnh. Điểm nổi bật của nhà hàng là đội ngũ nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, đặc biệt là quản lý Vu và nhân viên như Tran, luôn được khen ngợi vì sự chu đáo, thân thiện và hiểu biết về món ăn cũng như rượu. Một số khách chia sẻ rằng họ quay lại nhiều lần trong kỳ nghỉ vì cảm giác được chăm sóc tận tình và món ăn luôn giữ chất lượng cao. Tuy nhiên, có một vài ý kiến cho rằng thực đơn hơi hạn chế, nếu lưu trú dài ngày tại khách sạn thì sẽ nhanh hết lựa chọn. Stuck in the hotel due to typhoon so made a reservation to Madame Son. We ordered a set menu (5 courses), the spring rolls set with two glasses of sparking wines, and a main course of duck breast. Overall service is nice. The scallops in the set menu is not bad, it’s raw and sliced with avocado sources, I didn’t figure it out at the beginning. The spring rolls are ok, take it as some figure food for the wines. The main course of prawns are good, chicken is just ok (tasted like teriyaki chicken with sweet sour sources). Worth to try if you got time and live in the hotel.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the menu is quite limited. Since this is a hotel restaurant, you might visit several times in a week, and you run out of choices fairly quickly. Otherwise, everything was good, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience very enjoyable.

The food and service here is fantastic, especially the staff, Tran, she provided a wonderful service and knowledge, about the food and wine as well. It would be a great experience for Vietnamese food and the food and service will make your day.

Very positive experience at Madame Son (inside the Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa). The “Five Elements” menu is a must-try: every course strikes a smart balance between innovation and authentic Vietnamese flavors. Attention to detail is impeccable—from the scallop carpaccio with citrus to the “1114 Coconut Jelly,” a fresh, elegant finish. We also enjoyed the bun cha and the duck: top-quality ingredients, precise technique, and spotless presentation. Service struck the right balance—attentive without being intrusive; we even had the pleasure of meeting the chef at the end. Five well-deserved stars.

We loved this restaurant! The food was amazing and the duck was our favourite. The service was outstanding especially our waiter Thinh who was lovely and very attentive!

The staff at the Marriott Spa and Resort are all very hospitable and provide friendly, welcoming service. During our recent stay, we dined at the hotel’s Madame Son restaurant. While the food and ambiance were pleasant, what stood out the most and made our visit especially memorable was our server, Thinh. He went above and beyond to personalize our experience, and we hope that management will recognize him for his excellent work!

We loved Madame Son. Our group was made of two seniors, two adults and two kids. Even though our family’s ages were varied, it was perfect for all of us. All of staff are attentive and friendly. Especially the manager, Vu. He treated us with genuine warmth, care and attention to details. Vu is the perfect person to be in this hospitality field and true asset to this hotel and the restaurant. Because of Vu’s exceptional service, we had dinner at Madame Son three nights in a row. Thank you, Vu! Excellent food and service. Would totally recommend!

We visited Madame Son three times during our stay at the Da Nang Marriott Resort—and the highlight of each visit was Mr. Vu. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. He remembered our preferences and made every meal feel special. We actually canceled other restaurant reservations just so we could return and enjoy his hospitality again. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, but it was Mr. Vu who made our experience truly unforgettable. Thank you, Madame Son team—you made our trip!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staffs in Madama Son was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with excellent dining moment and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much for the arrangement of the romantic decoration in Madame Son and for the birthday cake. My girlfriend was so surprised when the staffs send the cake out. The dinner was great, and the food was delicious!
