Nice menu, the space is also okay but the food quality is average. Compared to the menu, the ingredients are omitted. The baked macaroni is watery, not creamy as it should be. It feels like most of the dishes are pre-packaged frozen items that are just reheated.

I have never eaten a Pizza that is as oily as this in my life :)) The last time I ate at Company was probably 2 years ago, everything was very ok. Now coming back to eat, I tell myself there will be no next time. Also, the restaurant should have the kitchen staff wear gloves and face shields, the restaurant uses an open kitchen but lacks those things, customers see it and it doesn't look good. The plus point is that the seafood toppings don't have a smell like food that has been left out for a long time.

The manager and the female staff of the evening shift on February 17 are very cute.

I ordered through the app twice. Because I received a notification that the shipper was delivering, but I still had to call the hotline to check the order status and wait about 30 minutes longer than the expected delivery time. The second time, I also waited 30 minutes, then the shipper forgot to deliver chili sauce and ketchup. I called the hotline again to ask the shipper to deliver them again and asked for extra chili sauce. I waited another 20 minutes to receive exactly 3 packets of chili sauce and 10 packets of ketchup 🤡

First terrible experience. Every time I come to the restaurant using a voucher, I always show it to the staff before ordering because it might not be combinable with other programs. Today, I showed the voucher to the ordering staff, and they still recommended the combo and proceeded to take my order. When it came time to pay, the cashier said the voucher couldn't be used with the combo. I explained that the ordering staff had recommended it, but the cashier just repeated that it couldn't be combined without any apology. The food was still okay as usual.

Delicious, the restaurant atmosphere is lively

The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The shop is quite crowded. Arriving around 6 PM, all tables were full, and we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The cakes are delicious, fragrant, and crispy. We happened to come on a buy-one-get-one-free day, so the two of us were stuffed.

Once and forever never come again, the service staff missed the order, making customers wait for an hour, called for the cake, waited too long but still didn't have it, then brought the bill out for the customer to pay, so fed up I don't want to say anything.

We had dinner with family. The thin-crust chicken pizza was delicious, the crust was crispy and fragrant, suitable for those who eat less dough. The thick-crust pizza with cheese-stuffed crust was good for young people. The grilled chicken wings and thighs were tasty. We had to book a table early at 6 PM because it was crowded on Sunday. The only small drawback is that the restroom is shared with the entire restaurant area, so it's not very convenient.

On July 12, I came to have lunch at The Pizza Company Nguyen Van Linh. When leaving, I discovered that a thief had used a sharp object to cut the strap of my Royal helmet (the helmet was locked in the trunk), and my motorbike was parked in an area with security. After reporting it, the restaurant compensated me with another helmet and delivered it to my place (the helmet in the photo). At first, I thought it was just a promise to brush it off, but unexpectedly they actually did it. 10/10 for service quality. However, I still hope the security work will be more thorough.

Dirty knives and forks, didn't even apologize when taking them back, staff are okay but had to call several times before being heard.
