The restaurant serves enthusiastically and cutely, located on the roadside so going in the early afternoon is still sunny and hot. The food is quite delicious, easy to eat, a bit bland for me.

Phá lấu is super delicious, rich, fatty, not smelly. Phá lấu salad is also tasty, but I'm from the North so it's salty for me; if the flavor were a bit less salty, it would be perfect.

The owners and the staff are very lovely, and they sell cheap too. The fried cheese dough portion is 25k and it's filling.

However, the mixed pha lau noodle is a bit salty for my taste. The fried rice flour cake was crispy and the accompanying soy sauce has a tangy aroma. This dish was tasty, but it could get boring quickly. The service was polite and enthusiastic. Overall, if you are in Da Nang and crave the taste of Saigon's pha lau, Ku Mập eatery is a good option.
