The food is okay. I saw an advertisement for a floating pool, so I took the kids there on the weekend. But when we arrived, the water was shallow and very dirty. Our group had to request the staff to clean it. I saw two electric carts running around delivering food, but when someone in our group got heatstroke and needed a ride from the pavilion to the gate to get to the car, the staff said the carts had no battery. Sigh, I don't want to come back.

Very beautiful view, cool, especially the food is very rich and suits the taste. The staff is enthusiastic.

The food is slow, and the staff are on their phones ignoring customers. Overall, it's terrible.

Ordered 1 chicken, 1 portion of salt, 1 portion of mixed salad, and the innards are made into pieces. The pieces came first, then the salt, then the mixed salad. Issues: 1. The mixed salad should come earlier because it's just boiled and mixed. 2. Ordered 1 chicken but there were two heads. 3. This chicken had no thighs. 4. Asked the staff, they gave a superficial answer to brush it off, laughed and said probably because they were serving two tables at once and got mixed up. Sounds ridiculous. 5. I was sharing a hut with another family. They left earlier and I overheard them talking; they were very upset, declaring 'won't come back to eat even after 50 years' -> Seems like this 1-star review is no longer an exaggeration. You should be honest in business, the price is not cheap but the service is terrible. If you're going to skimp on food, at least leave a few pieces; bringing out the plate like that is just mocking people.

Booked a table in advance but waited over an hour without food, the staff was clueless and slow. Terrible experience.

The scenery is also OK, just finished experiencing it. I had pre-ordered the dishes and drinks via Facebook, but when I arrived, the staff asked again what dishes to make with the chicken. I waited about 30-45 minutes to get one dish. After asking how the chicken was being prepared, 2.5 hours later there was still no chicken. I reminded them several times, but the owner did not come out to apologize; instead, the staff said it would take another 1.5 hours to get the chicken. I had to give up. The service is really not good, disappointing.

The eatery intentionally does not have paper napkins, forcing customers to use wet wipes. It's not like you can wipe bowls and chopsticks with wet wipes. Although it's not a big deal, it really leaves a bad impression.
