Because my flight was delayed, I stopped by the eatery for a meal. The place has a fairly distinctive Hong Kong style, but the space wasn't as clean and tidy as expected. Regarding service, the staff didn't make a good impression due to a lack of warmth and friendliness toward customers. Personally, I value professional service attitude and a smile when welcoming guests. On the bright side, the hot pot broth was rich in flavor, quite delicious, and worth trying. If they improve the service and space, the eatery would be much better. I recommend everyone to drop by and experience it for yourself.

I find the staff here very sparing with words. The security guard was enthusiastic, guiding parking and greeting customers at the door, but the staff outside just watched. As for the menu, they didn't advise first-time customers. Perhaps the eatery thinks customers can just look at the menu and choose, so staff advice isn't necessary. From serving food to clearing trays on the table, they didn't say a word. With 2-3 tables of customers, I hope they would be more enthusiastic to provide a better customer experience. The staff all stood by the stairs chatting; my table called several times but they didn't hear, and we had to shout loudly for them to come. Honestly, I won't comment on the food, but I think in service, priority should be given to service first; delicious, quality products alone are not enough to provide a complete experience for customers. One male staff member was very polite when adding hot pot broth, saying 'Excuse me, I'll add more broth.' I hope the eatery listens and improves.

I've eaten here with my wife quite a few times; the menu is constantly updated with new items and the staff is very nice. Anyone who likes Sichuan hot pot should eat here—it's super spicy.
