Vermicelli and salad are delicious, 10/10. The bao bun skin is fragrant, but the bao bun meat is a bit dry and thick, making it a little hard to chew; the meat flavor is good. I usually eat thinly sliced meat, so I'm not quite used to it. The shrimp vermicelli and fresh shrimp salad are good; next time I'll try the restaurant's crispy shrimp bao.
I've known the eatery for quite a while but only recently had the chance to visit and try it. This was my first time eating this kind of steamed bun, quite novel. The dough was good; when I brought it home, my mom also praised it. The staff were enthusiastic and lovely, and the stir-fried glass noodles also suited my taste. Reasonable price for a date or a group outing with friends. I like it.
Coming to a dumpling shop, you should also try the stir-fried glass noodles with shrimp, fresh shrimp, soft and chewy glass noodles, flavorful. The dumplings here are extremely delicious, the crust is fluffy, served with many types of toppings. If the chicken here used free-range chicken, it would be even better for the price.
