Terrible, never seen such bad, drinks are bland like filtered water, sitting in a room full of flies, and the dishes are not well-rolled, rice easily falls apart, definitely won't come back again, rather spend a bit more money for a better experience elsewhere

We arrived at 8:10 and ordered all the food at once, but waited 30 minutes for the first dish to come out. The dishes came out very slowly; tables that came in later already had their food while our table waited too long and still didn't get anything. The restaurant has a no-smoking policy, but some customers were still smoking in the air-conditioned room. This was truly a terrible experience.

Sat for nearly an hour and a half but the dishes weren't fully served even though ordered from the start, the eatery was empty, not crowded at all, while a table that came later got their food first. Don't understand how they arrange things.

I have eaten here many times, but recently (the last two times) the experience has been quite bad. The food takes a very long time to arrive, many dishes are carelessly decorated, not like before. I ordered smoked goose breast salad as an appetizer, but it only came out near the end of the meal. The grilled basa fish no longer has the same flavor and presentation as before (the last time it was placed on a lettuce leaf). The drinks are still okay as before. Perhaps the kitchen has changed. I truly feel disappointed.

Two of us went and ordered several dishes, including 1 promotional item, but couldn't finish it. When we asked for a takeaway box, they charged an extra fee. No prior notice or discussion with the customer. Really annoying.

Sashimi is delicious but the sushi rolls are not tightly rolled; as soon as you pick them up, the food falls apart. The cutting is also uneven.

While wandering around looking for food, I came across this eatery. I was very surprised because the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Since I was eating cold food, I ordered ginger tea. My only suggestion is that the hot ginger drink would be very good if you added a few slices of fresh ginger, made the cup bigger, and made it a bit less sweet. Anyways, the staff also accommodated me so that I could have a cup of tea to my liking. Very satisfying, very delicious to drink after coming back from the cold rain. If I have the chance to visit Da Nang next time, I will come again, and I will order a hot ginger tea, less sweet, fragrant and delicious 💕

I've eaten at this restaurant many times, but recently the service has been really bad. Lately, I've had to wait over 30 minutes for food every time I go, whether it's lunch or dinner. Last night, I came to eat and ordered the couple set 1. I got the salad bowl after 15 minutes, then waited nearly 40 minutes and still no food. I saw the place was crowded, so I didn't complain much, but tables that came after me got their food first. I feel that if the restaurant is overwhelmed, they should accept fewer customers, instead of making customers come to eat and end up frustrated. The male staff are nice, but the female staff are unpleasant, I don't understand why. The food is getting more and more boring. Truly a horrible meal 🙏

About the food at the restaurant, I find it quite okay. The first time I tried sushi here, I found it quite easy to eat, but the attitude of the staff was not very pleasant for me. Yesterday, my friend and I stopped by to try the restaurant's dishes. The staff downstairs had a very good attitude, but when we went up the stairs to the second floor, there was a male staff member coming down, and right after that, there was a rather inappropriate comment about my friend. The staff member said, "There, seeing the 'đôn chề' shirt is already tiring," right? Excuse me, what is 'đôn chề'? My friend's shirt is a local brand shirt, and I don't see any 'đôn chề' here at all. And even if there were, you have no right to make such a judgmental comment about us customers like that? At that time, we were going up the stairs, and the stairs were quite narrow, so we couldn't see the face of that staff member. I'm not sure if the staff member was talking about my friend or someone else, but at that moment, on the second floor, there were only two other tables of customers, and we were the third table. Right when the staff member encountered us, they said that sentence very loudly. Even if it was a misunderstanding or they were actually talking about us, as a first-time customer experiencing the restaurant, I find it very unacceptable for staff to scrutinize customers' clothing and talk like that. You can gossip among yourselves after work or whenever, I don't care, but why have such low EQ as to say it right when customers are passing by and say it so loudly? I hope the managers or owners will retrain their staff, at least know to keep your mouth shut while customers are still there 🙂

It's OK to eat at the restaurant, but if delivered, it's not tasty 😊

Dinner at Sushi Ngon with dishes that suit our taste. My family has eaten here many times. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic. You should come during the Golden Hour to get a discount on the Sushi Combo. The salted egg sauce shrimp is very delicious.
