Beautiful venue, delicious food and lovely service from Anh. My absolute favourite dish was the eggplant with oyster mushrooms. I had to go back there three times just to have it. Yummm

My wife and I went back to this restaurant for lunch after having an amazing experience the day before. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. Our waitress, NY, was not very welcoming and seemed unhappy. She took our order and asked about allergies, and we clearly mentioned that we do not eat pork. About 20 minutes later, she returned with the food and then informed me that the dish I ordered contained pork. It was frustrating that this wasn’t clarified earlier, especially after we had already mentioned our dietary restriction. Because of this, I chose not to order anything else and left feeling disappointed. As we were leaving, Anh, who had served us the previous day, greeted us warmly with a big smile and asked about our lunch. I shared my experience, and she sincerely apologized on behalf of her colleague. She later went out of her way to bring me a fruit plate by the pool, which was incredibly thoughtful and a great example of excellent customer service.

Nami Restaurant next to Mizusuki Hotel and Onsen had fresh, delicious food and amazing cocktails. Service was a little slow, but they were clearly busy. The pho cocktail completely surprised me in the best way. I’m still craving another one today. Definitely worth visiting if you’re staying nearby in Da Nang. I don't know if your security guards are too arrogant and look down on customers or what, but I am a customer who paid money to experience the service properly, yet I was even looked down upon by the security guards. You should review your staff. I REQUEST that the security department review their staff, especially an employee named Phuong, and reconsider the training, because after this experience, I never want to come back. Really angry?

Just arrived, immediately met the security guard who stopped the car and asked, 'What are you here for?' Then pointed to park over there... after that, the whole family walked in but were not allowed to enter.

I went there twice. The first time I went at 5:30 PM, the restaurant had just opened and there weren't many customers, so the staff member who served us was quite friendly and okay. Because the view was chill and the food prices were reasonable, last night I invited my sister to come at around 8:40 PM (I don't remember exactly). When we sat down, no staff came to ask or bring out any bowls, plates, or glasses. I looked around and saw a staff member cleaning a table; I asked to order, and they said 'yes, yes' but still no one came. I continued waiting and called out a second time. After a while, a staff member came with paper to take the order but didn't bring a menu for us to see. When they came, they said the food would take about 30 minutes to prepare, but drinks would be quick, so I agreed and looked at the menu to order, but then the staff member disappeared. I still waited because we had already arrived, but no one came back to take the order. After waiting a long time, and my sister who is pregnant was hungry, I went inside to find a staff member and asked. They said the food order hadn't been completed yet, so the dishes would take a very long time (even though I saw only a few tables of customers in the restaurant). In the end, my sister and I left, and no staff member showed any concern or said anything more. Truly a terrible experience.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very beautiful. It's right across from the hotel, very convenient. After swimming and getting tired and hungry, you can stop by to eat here.

On the afternoon of Saturday, May 16, 2026, I came with a couple of friends to relax for the weekend. The restaurant is right by the sea, very beautiful, airy and spacious, with a swimming pool, and it sells coffee and soft drinks... In the evening, it is very cool. Many dishes are cooked deliciously. Everyone should come.

The food is great. Very cheap compared to the luxurious space here. It feels like a real VIP guest experience. You should experience it here.

Upon arrival, the security guard immediately stopped the car and asked, 'What are you here for?' He asked directly, 'What are you here for?' Then he just pointed to park over there... The food is expensive and not tasty at all. The service at the dining area is fine, but not up to 5-star standards. If they dare to sell a bottle of water for 70k (excluding VAT), then the service staff should also be 5-star, from their demeanor to their attitude.
