BIG CHAIRS! 😁 It's a very nice clean place with delicious drinks. Good service. There is lots of parking for motorbikes available, but it seems to be a popular spot so you might have to jockey around a bit to fit your motorbike into the parking spaces. Recommended

Mostly positive after visiting the place. A bit chaotic layout and you can stumble upon smokey smokersons almost everywhere in the cafe (that is the biggest downside), since they can pretend they are "outside". I liked that they hired handicapped and maintain pretty clean state of both floors. Food is extremely limited but not bad.

The service is lovely and enthusiastic. Almost all the servers are mute or/and hard of hearing, so if you visit to support them, please be patient with them.

The men's restroom has no mirror, the drinking water is not distinctive enough. But overall, it's still a decent place, the drip coffee is good.

A very nice relaxed and good place to work or study from. I really like the fact that they employ the hard of hearing - deaf people. Negative review due to the fact that this is not the place to go during the brutal hot weather - which is most of the year as almost all the fans are broken in the sense that you can't fix the position so that it is permanently blowing your way. Depending on where you are sitting, electrical outlets can be hard to find or access. Good coffee and good people.

The shop has staff who are hearing impaired but they are still very flexible. The shop space is airy and clean. Mainly office workers come to the cafe. No price increase during Tet. Ample parking for both cars and motorbikes.

Fresh milk with black sugar tapioca pearls and grilled egg cream — every time I come, they don't have black tapioca pearls, so I just order fresh milk with black sugar and grilled egg cream without tapioca pearls. Previous times I ordered the same, the milk cup had plenty of black sugar for a rich flavor... but today when I came, they probably just swiped a few lines on the cup wall, so it only tasted of milk and grilled egg cream, totally bland =(( Usually it's delicious, so I'm in a good mood, but this brought my mood down a bit. Please add more black sugar, okay... fresh milk with black sugar, but they just swipe a few lines of black sugar on the cup wall, the milk cup is bland and boring to drink.

The staff is super adorable (｢・ω・)｢ on top of that, the drinks and cakes are delicious, the place is chill, the space is airy and cool

The restaurant has a spacious atmosphere, but the wifi is a bit degraded. Previously, wifi 6 was very premium and strong, now it has been changed to wifi 4 and wifi 5, which often lose connection when many people use it and are also weak.

If there were a 100-star rating, I would give 1000 stars to this eatery. The staff is extremely enthusiastic and attentive, and the guy at the cashier counter is so handsome. Please forgive me for this morning's incident.

I don't know about others, but I've been to this place to study a few times. I quite sympathize with the disabled and visually impaired staff, but there is one male disabled server who provides very poor service, as if he's trying to intimidate me or something, quite arrogant. He slammed the glass of water on the table, splashing it all over my laptop, and then just walked away😭
