Rude attitude
Among all the branches of Lau Tran Pho in Da Nang, this branch is currently the most worth visiting. Among the remaining branches, you should not go to the branch on 30.4 Street because the service is too bad. I have to use the word too bad. As for the branch on Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, the parking space and the atmosphere are not very good because the location is a bit special.
The food is delicious, ordered as a combo. But when they brought out the hot pot dipping ingredients, they only brought chicken and spring rolls, not bringing out the beef from the start. When I questioned it, the staff said it was because the customer didn't order it, so they didn't bring it out? I think this is dishonest with the customer's rights. Everyone who comes to eat, remember to take note to protect your rights!
Delicious food, just right for the taste, ok like
Delicious food, plenty of choices
The conveyor belt format makes picking up food fun and convenient. The food plates are carefully shrink-wrapped to ensure hygiene. The mushroom hot pot broth is light and naturally sweet, very suitable for those who cannot eat spicy food.
There is a lot of hair in the raw vegetables.
Will not come back a second time
The food is not fresh, the quality is terrible, will not come back
Food is not fresh, attitude is rude, orders are forgotten one after another, food has foam pellets mixed in.
Delicious, cheap, spacious, very comfortable,
The restaurant should make the red chili dipping sauce more flavorful because it feels a bit watery and a bit sweet, which doesn't taste good; it should be made more savory.
I came here to experience the eatery based on many recommendations from friends. Tran Pho Mushroom Hot Pot is a dining spot worth trying if you enjoy light yet flavorful hot pots. I was truly impressed with the space: clean, airy, and cozy decorated, very suitable for dining with friends or family. The staff are enthusiastic, serve dishes quite quickly, and are always ready to assist when needed. The most special point here is the mushroom hot pot. The broth has a natural sweet taste from various types of mushrooms, so it's very pleasant to eat and not greasy. The mushrooms are fresh, diverse, and carefully selected, so when dipped into the hot pot, they retain their crispness and characteristic aroma. Additionally, the eatery offers many side dishes such as beef, vegetables, and other toppings to make the meal more varied. Another thing I like is that the food here is not only delicious but also quite healthy because it mainly uses natural ingredients. The prices are also reasonable compared to the quality of the food and service provided. If you are looking for a place to have a light, healthy yet tasty hot pot, I highly recommend trying Tran Pho Mushroom Hot Pot. It will surely be a memorable culinary experience. 🍄🍲✨
The meal was really delicious - true to quality, reasonable price. Even though there were many customers, the restaurant still maintained fast service quality without making customers wait long. Staff are friendly and ethical. I really like the atmosphere here, it creates a warm feeling. The color tone is luxurious and the food is very tasty, the space is spacious and clean. Among the branches in Da Nang, I like this restaurant the most; the dipping sauce is delicious, the food comes out very quickly and plentifully, no attitude of bringing out too much or too little compared to other restaurants. Very okay. Please come and experience it with the restaurant.
Many times experiencing the restaurant. Very reasonable to organize a party with family. Fresh and delicious food, reasonable prices. Quick service. Keep up the good performance, really like the service style.
The staff treat customers like parents
Tonight's experience really broadened my understanding of this restaurant's "SITUATION HANDLING" skills 🤣. My plate had a piece of PLASTIC stuck on it, the staff saw it but... chose silence is golden. Probably thought if they didn't say anything, I wouldn't notice either 🥺. After I called them back, the staff member explained very frankly: "It's the kitchen's fault, we just bring the plates out." That sounds reasonable... but the customer is still the one eating that plate, restaurant 😅. I was so hungry that I had to eat corn to stave off hunger first, eating while wondering if that piece of plastic was a new topping or a complimentary gift. The highlight of the evening was the billing process. The staff member who calculated the bill was very cute, but the way she asked left me a bit "speechless": "Do you want to deduct from the bill?" At that moment, I was too embarrassed, so I just smiled it off, but if she asked again, I would have nodded right away to follow the proper procedure 🤣. I hope the restaurant soon reviews its service and problem-handling approach. Customers dining out don't ask for much, just clean food and a pleasant attitude.
Food stuck to plastic wrap, staff attitude, customers complained but didn't apologize. 1 plate was overlooked, here there are 3 plates. When paying, they didn't bother to look at the face and asked what you want, want to deduct money or not...
Staff look down on customers, the manager or owner also ignores customers. Everything would be fine with just an apology! But no, 3 plates of meat were brought out, and all 3 plates had plastic-wrapped nails. I accidentally put 1 plate in before discovering it. I don't know if I ate any, but when I picked it out of the hot pot, there was still something that melted and curled up from the pot. Yet when I called the owner or manager, that person ignored me and told the staff to come, and the staff said it was the fault of the meat cutter. So when the staff arranged it on the plate, the meat cutter and the person carrying it were blind? Or how is it the meat cutter's fault? Then they just said 'sorry' and that was it. The manager heard and went into the kitchen because I said to remind the kitchen. When paying, there was no bill because you said the owner was busy in the kitchen, so you wrote it by hand. But here's the important part: (THIS IS ANOTHER PERSON, YOU SAID THAT THE OTHER PERSON SAID WHETHER TO DEDUCT MONEY OR A PERCENTAGE). What, are we beggars? Do we work to get free meals or something? Seriously, do we look like poor people with no money to say that? They didn't even bother to bring out the dessert. Honestly, when I saw that plastic, I was disgusted. The bill had no receipt, and the bank transfer account was a relative's or something. I don't know if the food safety is okay, but 2 months ago I ate there once and was hospitalized for 3 days at 199 hospital. I still thought it wasn't the restaurant's fault, but this time it might be. Lastly, I wish the restaurant success and further development. Oh, and the restaurant is so stingy that when a customer mentioned a broken brick in front of the restaurant to replace it because it's easy to trip on, I don't know if it's been replaced. I didn't notice. I mentioned it twice, and after 2 months it still hasn't been replaced. After eating at the restaurant, you smell all over; probably afraid of wasting electricity or adding costs 😅. Eating on 30/4 Street doesn't have that smell.

Clean and airy space, unlimited buffet, good food quality. The staff is very enthusiastic.
There is parking space for motorbikes, cars park on the street. Staff work enthusiastically, cheerfully, responsibly, the space is warm, not noisy, clean. The food is fresh and delicious, prices are reasonable.
Fresh food, staff support quickly. Buffet price is worth the money.
