The service staff are not enthusiastic; they call out in a dismissive way and pretend not to hear. When it rained, they didn't shelter the customers; instead, when I asked to borrow an umbrella, they told me to go out in the rain myself even though it was just a little rain. Does this restaurant not need customers? I swear I have never seen staff as bad as this restaurant's.
